This well furnished and spacious 4 bedroomed 3 bathroom home provides every comfort and convenience for your perfect vacation. Located close to Walt Disney World® Resort with its own private screened swimming pool and pool deck. The home is well furnished and offers spacious living with a games room and outside grill too. There is a master King bedroom, a master Queen bedroom and two further twin bedrooms with a further house bathroom. The vicinity is peaceful and quiet and well located with many shops and restaurants near by. The home is modern and fully equipped and provides the guest with a 'home from home' experience. There is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, cooker range, washer, drier, towels, linens etc. A large TV is provided in the living room along with free wifi. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee. Regret no smoking permitted.

A well stocked kitchen with pots and pans! House was Clean, the pool was great. Beds were ok, could use better pillows and most Americans use wash cloths and there wasn’t many. Over all no major complaints.

Great stay with just enough space

We had a comfortable stay for our time visiting in Kissimmee. The house was clean and convenient to many necessity stores and restaurants as well as Disney World. The fenced back yard made it extra comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great home

I enjoyed staying at this house and there was plenty of amenities. This was actually my second time staying in the same house. The pool is beautiful and there are a lot of supplies already at the house.

Beautiful Home

We came into town for a Karate tournimate and needed some where to stay. The home was perfect for the 5 of use and our service dog. Everything was as advertised. No issues, host worked with us on early arrival.

Worst stay

My stay wasn't a pleasant one, due to the condition and upkeep of the property. The furniture was ran down its starting to loose color and it has a tear on the arm rest. Pest control had to come out twice because of roaches and ants. Not good, the pool was cleaned but right after infested with ants spiders falling in the water while we swam and played. Water bug in one of the guest rooms. Roaches in the kitchen. I really feel until this place is up to vacation standards it shouldn't be listed.Show quoted text

Will not disappoint!

House, location, neighborhood/neighbors everything was just perfect. Personally had a little car trouble (bad battery) and a couple neighbors stepped up to help without hesitation. Pool was perfect, beds were super comfy. Location is great as it’s close enough to everything but far enough away to not have to deal with the craziness. Will 100% be staying there on my future trips!!

Nice place but only 2 wash cloths and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels and two trash bags all for our 8 days stay.

Beautiful home…

This home is beautiful provides the necessity you would need for your stay. There was one thing that could be better the hot water needs to be turned up. Cold showers aren’t my fav. Management respond quickly to an incident regarding the pool and made sure that my family and I were able to enjoy a pool!! Overall my stay was stellar would definitely recommend.

Convenient Location

We selected this home based on the location and proximity to the activities we had planned. It was a nice size for our family of 6. The property manager was very responsive and we truly appreciated that. There were a few cleanliness issues; (hairball in the shower, dirty sheets on the twin beds, and ant problems on the perimeter of the property/dead ants on the window seals). There were plenty of towels and sheets so we appreciated that as well. Would stay at this property again.

Lovely Home

This home was perfect for us. It is centrally located close to many things you’d want to do in the Orlando area. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided, but you will need to be sure you bring your soaps for kitchen and bathroom needs. We liked the fenced in yard as we had our dogs with us. The weather wasn’t the best during our stay as it rained a lot and lots of water stood in the back yard but besides that we would definitely stay in this home again. The pool is lovely as well.

Nice property in a good/quiet location!

We stayed here for six nights over Thanksgiving break and had great time. The house is very nice! Quiet neighborhood, well furnished, stocked up with towels, linens and kitchen/cleaning stuff. The pool area is good too. All the stuff you would want to do in Orlando is 20 minutes away, Tampa and Daytona beach are a little over an hour away. The management is pleasant and responsive to emails. Checking in and out was easy. You can tell management puts the effort in with this property. This is a great place for the money. If this property is available next time we want to go to Florida I'd book it again.

It was okay...

The location was pretty far off from the main road but wasn't too much of a big deal. The house wasn't very clean, it looked like no one really mopped the floors and around the edges. The shower would drain slowly in the master bath so had to use another shower. Toilets weren't very clean either. Garbage information was provided to bring out on specific days, We go to take the cans by the road and they were already there and returned the next day which to me is weird that they would provides day we have to bring and someone went and did it? Felt very invasive. The glass sliding door was old and didn't want to open in the master bedroom, it was broken. The glass sliding door in the living room was also old and not very great but did open. Supplies left were minimal and had to get my own hand soap as there were none for the bathrooms! Had to purchase paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. The pool was the only good part. It was clean, they had a pool cleaner come in as well. The beds were overly soft and didn't smell very clean. Overall experience, i wouldn't stay here again. They need better cleaning services.

DON’T DO IT

We came and stayed April 16, 2025 through April 19, 2025 when you first walk in the house everything looks clean. It smells good when you really start going through the house you start wondering what the heck. There were bugs on the floor like dead cockroaches, and they had the nerve to have the toilet seal like it was cleaned, but the toilet literally still had dried up, pee on it. The Pool was dirty and whatever you do do not walk out there by the pool, barefoot I had so much hair and dirt stuck to my feet. I want to throw up after that nightmare was over. We went to the shower the shower in the master bedroom is stopped up with hair. You can see it floating in the drain, which is very nasty so we did not use that shower. The other shower every time I went in there. It was literally a small little black roach in the corner, and he would run every time I went in there in the shower. I went into the kitchen. There was a roach on top of the black serving spoon, they had in the corner beside the refrigerator so at this point, I’m like OK this place has roaches. We packed our bags and put them in the car because we did not want roaches to come back with us? The refrigerator had hair in it in so did the beds. To put the icing on the cake every morning there was a dead roach in the sink.

Nice place but lacks on cleanliness

Great house, nice neighbors. The house was large and cozy. There’s a few things we were not happy with. The house was not clean at all. Trash was in the pool and in the living room. My dog almost ate some of the trash (popped balloons) that was on the floor, I’m assuming from the previous guests. There was hair everywhere! Hair all over the bathroom sinks, and curly dark hairs stuck to all the white bath towels! We decided to buy our own from the nearby Walmart. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean, the cups even had liquid in them! There was also salt/pepper/sugar or churro dust all over the insides of the cabinets. The thermometer would not go below 74 degrees, which made for very warm and hard to sleep nights. The hot water heater was set so cold we didn’t get a warm shower at all, in fact a newborn baby could’ve bathed in warmer water. Not kidding. The driveway was barely big enough to fit our truck. There is parking on the street in front of each house in the neighborhood and getting in and out of the driveway took us about 10 tries as it’s so tight with cars and trucks everywhere, making it very hard to get in and out. The Nextdoor neighbor knocked on the door while we were there thinking we were the owners, wanted to complain about the previous guests. We told her we just checked in and were there temporary. Our stay lasted 10 days and there were no trash bags or toilet paper to suit our stay so we had to buy all of that.

Great stay for a Disney trip!

The space was very clean and the family enjoyed our stay. The washer was convenient and the kitchen was great. The only thing I could say that could be improved is the twin mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. Other than that, it was perfect!

Would not recommend

Yes property manger was communicating with me about my concerns, however the tone and ability to get things done don’t compute. would absolutely not recommend staying here. The house needs updates, new furniture both inside the house and outside on the patio. The pool area had trash I cleaned up myself because I wasn’t about to stare at someone else’s trash. The vent in one of the bedrooms was closed and couldn’t get open so it was hot in the room. The patio door was broken upon check in which they knew about but got fixed the day before we were set to leave @5:30pm. The headboard in the room where my niece stayed came off the wall and hit her in the head. Instead of offering some type of apology or compensation I was asked what happened the house was checked before check in. I had to remind David that a simply I apologize is she alright would have done wonders. But after being told to ask how my child was he apologized for the misunderstanding and offered a 50 credit. Honestly this house is exactly what your going to pay for cheap. Do not expect proper hospitality or real comfort. If you are able to please look harder for accommodations that will be the right standards. But again he will respond to you just so you are aware but it doesn’t mean you will like the response. Just know if you book here bring all your home supplies because you only get the bare minimum from them. Whereas in other Vrbo locations you would have complementary house hold dish soap trash bags and toilet paper to last your stay. I will be clear they do give dish soap but it is the most tiny bottle. But again I know the response will be we aren’t a hotel.

Layout of house was nice

We arrived with 3 couples, booking was simple, David was nice and very helpful. The layout of the house was nice. Big and roomy for 6 of us. I notified him that the house cleaning crew did a bad job cleaning the home, and he apologized and offered to send them back out. The sliding door going out to the pool was off track and hard to get in and out. There wasn't a coffee pot, they had a kerig, would like to have known this before arrival so we could have purchased k-cups. The house really needs to be updated. The owners really need to spend a little money and replace and fix a few things. The beds were not comfortable at all. Now on a good note, the home management team were wonderful!! They did everything in thier power to accommodate us. They were bringing in a new washer and dryer while we were there. We took her on a tour showing her the things, and she was very upset about the house cleaning and the beds. We enjoyed our stay as far as the layout and all of the home with 3 bedrooms and baths, the pool was amazing! The outside seating area was wonderful! We will be coming back in January and we will be giving them another try.
