Remodeled luxury 3 bedroom condo on golf fairway

Enjoy your vacation in this sophisticated and elegant newly furnished condo. It is a corner unit of approximately 2420 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, (2 of them master suites), 3 bathrooms located in the prestigious gated Mission Hills Country Club. It sits on the 3rd fairway of the Tournament Course, which for over thirty years hosted the Dinah Shore Classic).
This private fairway condo has a spacious open floor plan with a stunning floor to ceiling fireplace rising up to a 24 ft. high cathedral living room ceiling. The living room hosts modern contemporary furniture, a brand new 75" TV with Dolby sound. (The pic still shows the 60" which was replaced.) The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with granite countertops with an additional caesar stone peninsula with a wet bar and bar stools.
The large master suite hosts a King bed, 55 in. new LED flat screen, his and her closets, bathroom with double vanity sinks and skylight.
The 2nd master suite also has a king bed, private bath with skylight. Finally, the 3rd bedroom has two double beds.
The condo has WiFi throughout and full separate laundry room off the kitchen. In 2023 a new LG high capacity washer and dry was added.
All three bathrooms have recently been remodeled with new tile, new fixtures and glass shower doors.
All bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding doors leading to either the spacious patio in the front or to the very large rear patio facing the golf fairway. The rear patio has modern wicker patio lounge furniture for seating up to eight guests and a dining table with 4 chairs. In addition there is a brand new gas Weber BBQ and a outside patio heater. The heated pool/jacuzzi are just steps from the front gate.
There is a detached 2 car garage, with an automatic garage door opener.
For Coachella and Stagecoach, there is a shuttle leaving from Aqua Caliente Casino which is only 5 minutes away.

One of the many reasons people want to be in Mission Hills CC is it is desirable close proximity to popular places in the Desert.

Great upscale home in Mission Hills

Beautiful upscale home with great indoor and outdoor spaces in Mission Hills. The owner Rob was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We spent 8 days there with family and will definitely go back again.

A wonderful stay in Rancho Mirage

We thoroughly enjoyed our six weeks at Rob and Ali‘s home in the desert. It was very spacious and well stocked and a perfect place to have kids and grandkids come to visit. It’s a very good community and having the pool and Jacuzzi right across from the front door was wonderful. Rob and Ali were great at answering our questions and being helpful during our stay. It’s a very easy place to spend time!

Great golf getaway

Terrific location for golf and fun in the desert with friends. The condo has a great layout and was wonderfully appointed, and both golfers and non-golfers alike had features to enjoy. Rob was extremely responsive & easy to work with. Would love to return!

Beautiful Home

The home is just as beautiful in person. So much interior space with a gorgeous outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. Everything you need is in the home. The home is also centrally located to lots of shops and places to eat. Rob was a great host and very responsive. Looking forward to future stays.

Lovely and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and lovely furnishings. The patio area had plenty of furniture to hang our with friends - it's on the 3rd fairway but far enough away from the players to be private. Kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was right across from the front door, and the 2-car garage was roomy. The owner was very good with instructions and responsiveness. We would definitely stay here again.

Mission Hills Ahhhhh!

We loved our stay at this property and will be definitely be back! Everything about it was great - location, decor, comfort, beds, TVs, WiFi, patio, bathrooms/showers and space! The large picture windows bring the outside in - and the patio flora is spectacular and adds to the feeling of being at a spa resort. The community pool/hot tub is right outside the door, it is calm and relaxing. Rob is an excellent, caring and responsive owner and always responded to questions immediately! My wife and I can't say enough - 5 stars is an understatement!

My husband and I stayed at this property early November of 2013 and wouldn't stay anywhere else again. The home is beautifully furnished. So sleek, fresh, spacious and so very comfortable. I've stayed in other condos in the Palm Springs area but they all felt kind of old, tired and out of date. This one was gorgeous! Like a model home! My husband is a golfer and Mission Hills is his favorite golf course in the Palm Springs area so we'll definitely be coming back to this property.

DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!

One of our favorites! We've been renting through Home Away & VRBO for years and loved our stay here. Rob & Aly are very great to work with. They've done a wonderful job renovating & decorating. Cindi, their property manager, greeted us upon arrival and gave us advice on activities that we were interested in, i.e., trails to hike, church to attend Mass, grocery shop, and great restaurants! The pool is right outside your door. It was private, quiet, and beautiful. Just what we were looking for! I agree with prior reviews about spaciousness, comfort, kitchen you can cook it (if you want) and plenty of linens.

Fabulous and spacious condo - as beautiful as pictured.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is extremely spacious and lives more like a single family home. The interior furnishings are extremely pleasing, especially the bed in the master bedroom. So comfortable! The view of the 3rd hole of the tournament course was a major bonus for me, as my husband was playing in a tournament so I was able to be a spectator. Another bonus was the easy access to fresh grapefruit and limes, thanks to their trees. Lastly, their terrace has beautiful flowers, bougainvillea, just gorgeous, The host is very attentive and readily available, though we did not need to bother him because everything was simply perfect.

This property will be our #1 choice in the future!

My husband and I joined a son and daughter, and their spouses, for a long weekend at this beautiful condo. Our experience was absolutely seamless - the condo was immaculate, well stocked both in terms of kitchen utensils and towels (both bath and beach), and located on the golf course, where we walked early every morning. It was beautiful inside and the landlord had thoughtfully left notes about absolutely anything we might have questions about. There were two pools adjacent to the condo where we spent leisurely afternoons, and a comfortable patio in back to sit with a glass of wine. We visit the Palm Springs area once or twice per year, and if available, this property will be our first choice from now on!

Palm Springs Mother Daughter Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rancho Mirage. Rob's place is amazing. I was the one who booked it for our group and they told me numerous times that I hit the jackpot with securing this property. It is so impressive with the fireplace, kitchen area, private patio, pool and beautiful bedrooms. We drank a lot of coffee and wine sitting on the patio chatting and enjoying the beautiful view. Rob made everything easy as far as booking and checking in. Great communication throughout the whole process. We hope to come back another time. My 85 year old mother and 89 year old aunt felt so spoiled staying at such a luxurious place. It was so nice to be together in the shared space but also had enough private space for some down time in between adventures. Being only 15 minutes from the airport made getting in and out so easy.

Beautifully decorated condo in Mission Hills Country club!

The condo is spacious, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. There are two master suites (one larger than the other; one with king bed,other with queen). The third bedroom has two double beds and is on the other side of the condo, making it very easy to have three couples staying there. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The family room has windows facing the golf course and a beautiful fireplace. Everything is clean and very comfortable. There is a patio that is spacious and has beautiful views. It is a quiet setting and very relaxing place to be. The pool and jacuzzi are located conveniently nearby. The owner takes pride in his property and it is clean and well maintained. He was pleasant to deal with and we would definitely recommended this as a wonderful home away from home. Looking forward to another visit there.

Amazing Stay!

Great location to watch the ANA golf tournament. Open floor plan perfect for family.

House was perfect for a family gathering. Enjoyed the three bedrooms and 3 baths for privacy. Rob the owner was fantastic in communicating with me prior to arrival and while we were there. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great say at the condo. The room layout and outdoor patio were spacious, comfortable, and provided a nice environment to just relax. The pool and spa were right out the front door and very private. Rob is a excellent host and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Summer sizzle villa experience

Lovely Mission Hills Condo

This property was the perfect choice for our family’s Christmas get-together in Rancho Mirage. It has been nicely remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted very well which makes it great for cooking meals. Rob was very good about answering any of our questions. If you are looking for a place to stay in the desert, we would definitely recommend this condo!

Exceptional host and great location for desert and valley excursions.

Traveled from Vermont to the valley area to re-visit Joshua Tree National Park with family. Rob was great from the beginning when I first contacted him. Great communication and thorough details provided. The condo was perfect for us. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a wonderful patio for morning and evening relaxing. The pool with spa is very close by...great for the kids and adults alike! The house had all the amenities you could need and plenty of open space to easily gather together for meals or evening visiting. We really appreciated being in Rancho Mirage, very little traffic and quiet area with plenty of services available. Easy drive to Palm Springs or other areas, but nice head back to the condo! Rob seemed like a guy you'd like to meet in person and have a drink with!

Perfect Condo in Heart of Rancho Mirage

Great location for our annual golf trip. We are three gentlemen/golfers in their late 70's who head to the Arizona or California desert each November to wear ourselves out with eight straight days of golf, fun and dining. We all grew up together in NJ and now live in places like LA and Hilton Head, SC.We have for the past 12 years rented a home thru VRBO. What's important to us is a bedroom/bath configuration that combines relative equality in size and privacy. We especially want quality furnishings at a rental cost that offers a fair value for our dollar. We also expect the home to be true representation of its description on the VRBO website. In this case, it was noted that the property was recently totally remodeled and indeed, it was. Upscale and contemporary materials were used throughout. Aside from the home itself you hope to find an owner/manager who is reasonable, helpful and responsive when you need it. This Mission Hills property and the owner, Rob, satisfied all of these requirements. Rob was actually terrific. He went out of his way to alter his personal schedule to free up the condo's availability to accommodate our dates. We are still very grateful for that Rob. The condo is located very close to one of the Mission Hills security gates for easy access and was very convenient to all of the golf courses we planned to play, as well as, any number of restaurants. After handling the logistics for our group since we started these trips 12 years ago, the one thing we hope not to find is disappointing surprises. The only surprises here will be good ones. It was unanimous for the three of us to go on record to recommend the condo to anyone and the real test, of course, is that yes we would rent the property again when we return to the Palm Springs area.

Wonderful Vacation!

My husband and I has a wonderful 2 weeks! The condo was superb and had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The master bed was VERY comfortable, probably the best we've had and we've rented for several years. We couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful it was in the area. We loved the patio and had our happy hours there everyday. The pool was just steps away and it was used everyday....and it was heated!! The location was perfect as it was a short distance to all the golf courses we played...all 12 of them! We were also very impressed with the owner. He was awesome, called us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. It was a worry free vacation and we would recommend this condo to anyone. I know we'll be back!

We love it's breathtaking open space, low density of units and beautiful golf course, mountain and lake views. There's nothing better than walking out your front door to enjoy a nice walk or bike ride within our stunning community.

The fact that Mission Hills, centrally located and one of the most prestigious country clubs in the valley, makes it a highly desirable place to stay. Whether it's either eating in downtown Palm Spring, The River with it's great stores and restaurants or the sophisticated El Paseo Dr. with 5 star dining and shopping, everything is within 15 minutes. We enjoy going to Aqua Caliente just a few minutes away for dining, gambling or seeing a concert. It also is so convenient to be within 5 minutes of Costco.
