Summer in the old stable

Our small, exclusive guesthouse with private entrance is open plan with living room, integrated kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, plus a sleeping gallery on the first floor.

For a relaxing stay we have extended the departure time to 14:00! :)

Our small historic farm from 1767 is in a secluded location surrounded by fields, woods and meadows; Nevertheless, the center with bakeries, discounters, pharmacy, banks, etc. is only two minutes away by car. The famous Ruhrradweg can be reached in about 800 m and there is a lockable room for bicycles.

When setting up the hotel, we made sure that our guests feel completely at home - from the cuddly XXL-sized sofa, beautiful crockery and high-quality textiles to oversized down comforters. Cuddly warmth is provided by a pellet stove with window on the fire and a 49 "TV with a free HDMI connection for your own devices. In addition, we attach great importance to cleanliness, so that you can feel comfortable and at home from the first moment, without first having to rinse, clean and disinfect.

In order to make the carrying of luggage easier for our guests, we provide bed linen, shower and hand towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen are coffee, tea, vinegar and oil, various spices, paper towels and napkins ready. If you ever run out of something, we will of course provide directly for replacement.

Our guest cottage in the former pigsty invites you to just relax and unwind and treat yourself to a little break in a beautifully designed ambience - or simply as a place to stay for couples, solo travelers, cyclists, hikers, business travelers and people looking for the big Family celebration do not want to sleep on the sofa.

Access for guests:

The guest house is completely for the sole use available. It has a separate entrance and is so far from our own living space that we will not disturb each other. A lockable room is available next door for bicycles.

Interaction with guests:

Since we live in the main building next door, we have (almost) always a personal ear for you; otherwise we are always mobile (24/7).

We try to make our stay as comfortable as possible for our guests; so we offer z. For example, by arrangement, transfer to or from the train station, or stock the fridge with the essentials, so you do not have to go shopping yourself immediately after arrival. Just talk to us ...! :)

Further important information:

On our farm there is a dog, cats, sheep, goats, horses and free-range chickens. On request we can offer you nest fresh eggs (if available).
