This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides a picturesque view of the deep waters of Ole River and is just a short walk from the uncrowded, sugar-white beaches. This second-floor residence features 1,260 square feet of luxury with an open floor plan, tasteful furnishings, and a sophisticated beach-inspired design. Shipwatch Riverside offers a charming and tranquil escape where the natural beauty of the island invites relaxation away from the crowds. Riverside guests have access to the Gulf-side pool and beaches as well as the Riverside pool, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts and fitness center. Guests can also make use of the Shipwatch community boat launch and first-come, first-serve boat slips!

*Shipwatch limits occupancy to 6 adults per 2 bedroom unit.

** Please note: Parking pass rules are subject to change at the property's discretion. Rates shown at the time of booking are what you'll pay at that time, but may differ based on your arrival date per our terms and conditions/House Rules.
• Monthly-stay pass-  valid for 30 days from date of check in.
*Any additional lengths of stay require additional purchase of passes.

We had a fabulous stay at Shipwatch E! The unit was easy to access, spacious, clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and so comfortable. Ample parking. We used the fitness center and sauna a few times. It had everything we wanted/needed.

Relaxing

So beautifully decorated. Made us feel at home. The Owners’ taste is exactly as mine. Never have a seen such a well equipped kitchen. We brought our own coffee maker/ Keurig, big pot for cooking shrimp, extra utensils - EVERYTHING was furnished! Hats off to a great condo, management - just had a wonderful time!!!

Great Place to Take Your Family

My family and I had a great time staying here! The property was clean and they were quick to fix an issue we had with the bathtub. The stove is very out dated and the light bulbs in the bathroom get super hot, so you have to be careful not to put things near them. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, especially if you have kids. The rooms are very sound proof and you couldn't hear any neighbors. It's great having everything close by, the dock, pool, beach, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet location close to everything

Condo on second floor overlooked Ono Island was furnished adequately and clean although outdated. Nice pool with beach access and a pool at the complex across the street...you can walk to the Flora-Bama on the beach, but bring your shoes! Small indoor hot tub and excercise room for cool weather. Nice dock with benches out back. Pensacola and Gulf Shores a short drive. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay with bay and beach access, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet and Relaxing

With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, a queen size sofa bed and an extra twin size mattress, we had plenty of room to spread out. This condo is set off from the road on the bay side and not as massive as some of the other nearby locations. It was clean and tastefully decorated with everything we needed - the laundry room was a real bonus and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the water or the herons walking on the lawn. There was a beautiful pool, a fitness center, and a boat dock for renters - none of which we used, but they would be a great perk for those that would. We had a couple of minor issues while we were there, but the rental company could not have been more helpful or polite and handled everything efficiently. Considering the location on the main beach highway, it was very quiet and low key. You COULD walk across the busy highway to the beach on the other side of the road, but we chose to drive the 5 minutes to Gulf Island National Seashore where the crowds were much thinner. We have a national park pass so we did not have to pay but I think it's about $8/car and the pass is good for a week. It is totally worth the fee to avoid the crowds. There is also a boardwalk through a natural area for a quiet stroll - about 1/2 mile - and picnic tables at the pavillion. Our favorite thing to do is watch the Blue Angels practice when they are in town (Tuesday and Wednesday) from the OTHER Gulf Island National Seashore at Pensacola Beach. Fort Pickens is a primo spot to watch the show across the water at the Naval Air Station. Follow the crowds to the back parking lot and perch anywhere you can see the black lighthouse across the water for a great view. The jets fly directly overhead to regroup and they are very low, very fast, and very loud, which scared some of the smaller children, so maybe bring earplugs. It's amazing to watch, though, and shouldn't be missed. The museum at the NAS is also a good way to spend hours browsing among the planes and displays.

Great place and location

This place was perfect for our short summer vacation! The place was very nice and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Plus the view from the balcony was great! The place is even a little more updated than what the pictures show. The only thing that was a slight annoyance was the water was really loud in the other room if someone was showering. But like I said, very minor. Loved my stay here, it was a great location and place. I would definitely come back!

Much better than expected!

This unit was located on the bay side and at first I thought it would be a burden to walk across the street to the beach but it was super easy and the bay side offered a quiet evening away from the crashing waves and howling wind! Can’t wait to come back!

Great stay!

Wonderful location that is convenient to the beach. We’ll stay there again. Only very minor issues with the property including the front door, the jets on the master suite tub, and some of the kitchen appliances. Like I said, very minor. Overall, a fantastic vacation

Relaxing Getaway

The property was clean, excellent location, and reasonably priced. Have friends who own a condo on the beachside of this facility and have stayed in two other units in the past. This unit met all of our expectations and would not hesitate to rent again.

Relaxing, fully equipped tropical decor. Home away from home

Good communication, & directions from a to z. Nicely kept grounds& building. Unit was very clean & very neat. Everything worked as expected. Only one issue with blind that was reported to management. Unit is showing signs of wear, but didn't hinder my vacation. I Would return.

This condo was ok!

Had to call maintenance as soon as we arrived. The gentleman was very nice but this place is abused. The toilets run all the time, the carpet is as filthy dirty, thanks to the maintenance man for cleaning it, it still was filthy after. He tried!

Very nice condo in Perdido Key

Very nice space. Quiet neighborhood. Great view on the canal. Enough kitchenware, pots & pans. The only thing were the cabinets doors falling out, one of the toilets leaking and other minor things that were quickly handled and fixed. Nothing to ruin our vacation though!!

the unit is a little dated, but very clean. The pool on the property is very large and is a nice addition to the property. The spa/workout room needs some upgrades. The twin bed in the guest room could use a new mattress as the one that is in it kind of leans to one side. Overall very happy with our experience.

No hot tub, old lumpy mattress, but very clean

I knew this condo was a little old, especially the kitchen, but everything was clean and comfortable other than the master bedroom mattress, very uncomfortable. The couches in the living room were very low making it hard for me to get up. Even though we were supposed to have a hot tub, which we had really counted on since the pool is outside and it turned very cold, we got a email 5 days before our arrival date that "they had just been made aware that the hot tub was shut down and in need of repair and might not be ready". I had a sneaky suspicion what that meant. You can install a new one in 5 days. Very disappointed. No one could predict the cold weather, but the hot tub would have made a big difference. Also the beach is not in walking distance, it is across the road, which we knew, but down a long drive back to a busy highway to cross, then a walk to the beach.

The condo itself was great! Had everything you could think of to make the stay nice.

The amenities were the problem. The hot tub was not working with no resolution in sight and we always use the hot tub. The swimming pools were to cold to use so I complained and they did turn up the heat in the one across the road. The blue angels do not practice until the very last week of March so that didn' t work out either and the ocean water I was very cold. I'm sure it it a great place in April but I wish someone would have said don't go there in March. So it was disappointing for our only vacation.

Luxury Coastal Vacations Rock!

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a romantic setting. Offers an excellent view of the Olde River, and is just a short walk across the road to the beautiful white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Grounds and building are well maintained with parking available for boat trailers. Docks and a boat ramp are also available upon request. Large unheated pool, 3 tennis courts, well equipped exercise room, sauna and hot tub are featured also. However, the unit is in need of a complete updating, otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I would also recommend to the owner to change the sagging Queen bed with a new King as the large bedroom can accommodate it. Luxury Coastal Vacations, the rental agency, made the stay for our family of 4 extremely enjoyable, and will be using them when we return to this area.
