Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned former medieval farmhouse for rent in Lachapelle. It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 7,000 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the air-conditioned ground floor:
- A 43 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and table football
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower cubicle (separated by a curtain)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs, portable air conditioning:
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, fan.

Outdoors:
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 7,000 m²
- Two terraces, facing east (30 m²) and north (60 m²), very pleasant in all seasons, and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days

- Nearest airport: Bergerac, about 40 minutes by car.
