This nicely decorated contemporary lower unit is just one house from one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more!

Living & Dining

The living area has a roomy L-shaped leather sofa and loveseat, a large ottoman and flat panel TV. The white and bright fully equipped kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet and counter space making the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites or serving up take out when the chef needs a break. The square dining table has seating for six.

Bed & Bath

The master bedroom has a king bed, arm chair, dresser, flat screen TV and en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have flat screen TVs. The second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms.

Outdoor Space

The front patio has table for with seating for six and a market umbrella for enjoying warm summer evenings. The whole family can enjoy meals grilled on the gas BBQ.

Laundry room with washer/dryer. One parking space in shared garage. Garage is low clearance. Tall vehicles and roof racks will not fit.

The Location

Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, flanked by several "local's favorite" eateries. Chihuahua and Sancho’s serve up tacos, burritos and more. Gina’s offers pizza and pasta for the whole family. Around the corner on Newport Boulevard, try Pescadou Bistro for neighborhood French cuisine in an intimate setting, Summer's Fried Chicken or casual Hook & Anchor’s award-winning lobster and seafood.

The newly renovated Lido Marina Village with high-end restaurants and boutiques is just beyond, along with Via Lido Drugs for prescriptions, cards and unique gifts. The vintage Lido Theatre, built in 1938, offers movie-goers a one-of-a-kind experience with its art deco décor, black light accents and an old-fashioned balcony.

The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. Visit Seaside Donuts, Jane’s Corndogs and Dory Deli. Breakfast at Charlie’s Chili is a must for locals and out-of-towners alike. Fly ‘n’ Fish is not to be missed for terrific seafood, but if you want to prepare your own, visit the Dory Fleet Fish Market, selling local fishermens’ daily catch since 1891.
