Take a book and take your time – why not? You’re on vacation. When you get hungry, head inside to the bright, open kitchen and make some breakfast. With stainless steel appliances, all the gadgets you need, and plenty of counter space, meal prep is a breeze. Dine together at the adjacent table or pull up one of the baby blue barstools and keep it casual, then head out to explore Destin. The beach is just a few blocks away or visit the shared pool in the center of the community, visible from your townhouse.

After a day out, return to your comfortable home and grab a spot on the couch. Looking for more together time? Grab one of the board games and gather at the dining room table again, then throw something on the gas grill for dinner. Before bed, step out on the balcony again, turn on the fairy lights, and toast your good luck at finding such a perfect vacation retreat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
