Our family had a wonderful week. Definitely plenty of room for a multi-family vacation. It was a beautiful setting, and we enjoyed our time exploring the lakes. The availability of the pontoon rental along with the house was a big plus. There were also kayaks, a canoe, and floaties. The kitchen was well stocked with what was needed as well as a gas grill. There were lots of children’s toys and an adorable children’s table. We had a couple of issues upon check-in but the hosts were responsive and attended to the problems. Good communication with the hosts. It’s a lovely property, and I would definitely recommend.

Our family had a great time staying at this home! There was plenty of room for everyone.There were so many toys and games for everyone to play.The location was perfect to go anywhere.The shed on the property had so many things we used on the water. Included in the shed were tubes, kayaks, and paddle boards.The kids were also happy that they caught several fish on the lake. Having the pontoon on the property to rent was very convenient for us.Mindi(the host) was always prompt to respond to any questions we had.This is definitely a home we would come back to again. Thank you to the host for sharing their property with us!

Wonderful place

This is a great place to stay in the northwoods! Beautiful home in a picturesque setting. The owners could not have been friendlier or more accommodating! I highly recommend this home for a weekend getaway or vacation.

Great location, the property was very kid friendly with lots of toys and games. The inside of the house was very clean which is important to our family. We also had a great time on the pontoon. The house is older and worn and needs to be refreshed in the future.

Very nice place with plenty of room for Kids and Grandkids. Dock was great for catching panfish for kids. Kids room a big bonus with plenty of space.

Hidden Gem in Eagle River

Perfect & beautiful retreat on the water for the whole family. Plenty of room and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Super friendly and attentive hosts catering to all of our needs. We will be back.

Awesome Place

This property was super roomy and well equipped. We had 9 people in our party but could definitely fit another family. Lake was clean and great for fishing, kayaking and the pontoon was a great bonus! Extremely spacious, clean and hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely come back!

Great place for a big group

Made for a great place to make some fun family memories. Lots of room to spread out and relax and comfortable amenities. Only wish the fireplace would have been in working order. It's always a treat to warm your toes in front a the fire after a day on the trails. The Owners were super responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again!

Great rental

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home and property! I was very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of this home. The pontoon boat fit us all as we enjoyed a 5 hour trip on the water way. Mindi was a delight and responded to questions promptly.

Sibling getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Pine cone very much. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very nice pontoon. Mindi was quick to answer questions. Well stocked kitchen and a very nice grill that we used every night! Use of the garage was a bonus since it gave us a place to store the bikes we brought with us.

Quiet Beauty

This an absolutely beautiful rental. The house is very large and lots of very nice spaces for everyone. House is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom needs. Tons of things for children to do and games. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked great! Outside areas were comfortable. The boat and boat dock were awesome. Saw several stunning sunset. Check in and checkout process were very easy. Hosts were extremely responsive to questions. Overall rate this an excellent rental!

Family trip 2025

Another wonderful family weekend!Everyone had their own bedroom. Beds were very comfortable!Kitchen big enough we could all prepare meals together.The great room was a great space for board games and watching tv together during rainy damp weather Brought our boat and a few of us were able to go out fishing in the boat and from the pier.Our baby granddaughter came along. Great Weekend Getaway!!!

We just got home from a wonderfully long weekend at Pine Cone Place. It had more space than we could use with the 7 adults and 2 kids that were there. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. When ever we had a question Mindi was quick to responded. The boat rental was a very nice plus to our stay. We are already taking about a stay next year. Thank you Mindi & Tony for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Quiet and relaxing property

Beautiful outdoor space with a breathtaking view of the lake! Enjoyed the many comfortable sitting areas especially the one with reclining sofas! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. However the basement bedrooms were isolated from one another by a maze of doors and laundry room. The basement had a bit of a musty smell. One of the nicest features was having owner’s pontoon available for rent and boating on the chain of lakes!

Perfect for all Ages!

We stayed with extended family with kids from ages 3-18 and adults. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on the lake. In the evening we watched movies, played games, read, and worked on puzzles. We also saw the lumberjack show as well as the Chain Skimmers Ski Show that are in the area. I would recommend both.

Family vacay

Had a great time, plenty of room to spread out, no feeling of being overcrowded. Nice outdoor area for camp fire at night. Plenty of water toys, kayaks, canoe, floaties, (which kept the teenagers busy)and a pontoon to rent. If you have little ones. Plenty of inside toys, and board games galore. Kitchen pretty well equipped. There are alot of stairs to the water, something to consider if you have mobility issues, something we were aware of. Nice area in fron, should you want to play croquet, cornhole, etc. Owners were extremely easy to work with and answered our questions very fast.

Snowmobile Trip

We really enjoyed staying at this property, the owner was great to work with and answered questions quickly! We had a group of 4 family units and there was more than enough room for each family to have space and still come together as a group in the big living room. All bedrooms were comfortable and having 3 baths was a plus. Snowmobile trails were very close and easy to get to. We were able to fit 3 trucks with trailers in the driveway too. We would definitely come back if our trips lead us back to northern wisconsin!
