Beautiful villa with swimming pool, 5' walk from the village, ideal for family vacations

Recently built (2018) Provençal villa for 10 people (maximum 12 if children) in the charming village of Plan-de-la-Tour, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a swimming pool. It is fully air-conditioned. You can walk to the village (5 minutes), a typical Provençal village where you will find bakeries, restaurants, mini-markets, a pharmacy, a bookstore, a market on Thursdays, etc. From the pool and terrace, you have a lovely view of the vineyards and the village. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house comprises: a terrace with a Weber barbecue, dining table and chairs, sun loungers, a parasol, and a mosaic-tiled swimming pool. An open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and coffee maker, etc. A living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. A master suite (1) bedroom opening onto the terrace, shower room (1), double vanity, and toilet. A second toilet in the entrance hall, and an utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, one toilet, and one bathroom. Master bedroom 2 has a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160/200 cm). Bedroom 4 has a single bed that converts into a double bed (160/200 cm). Bedroom 5 (a small dormitory) has two bunk beds (four single beds, suitable for children or teenagers only). Bathroom (2) has a bathtub and double vanity. Parking spaces for 2 cars. Sainte-Maxime is 9 km away, Grimaud (and Port-Grimaud) 10-12 km, and Saint-Tropez 18 km. Nice (airport) is a 1-hour drive, and Les Arcs TGV train station is 30 minutes away. There are many activities to enjoy, such as hiking and cycling, starting from the house (maps with routes are available). For children: pony rides in the village, water park, treetop adventure course, and cinema in Sainte-Maxime.
