Howdy y’all! Thanks for checking out The Texas Peach. You’ll find everything really is bigger and better in Texas. ;) This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 half bath home boasts more than 2,000 square feet. Enjoy meals from the dining room table overlooking breathtaking gulf views. The beach is just a two-steppin’ dance away [so close there’s sand in the driveway…about 60 steps to be exact].

Enjoy three levels of outdoor seating. Unwind and wet your whistle while watching the sunset from the Tiki Bar. Or, relax on your choice of two wrap-around decks while soaking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The yard includes plenty of room with a playset for kids to swing, slide and picnic. Inside, the open concept kitchen and living area provides a great space eating, playing games and making memories. The Texas Peach is family-friendly - with a full-size crib and high chair - along with single and double air mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Lone Star Suite:
Kick off your boots in the Master Bedroom decked out with a luxurious king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub. Smart tv and electronic charging station provided for your convenience.

Texas Sunset:
Snooze in style after a day soaking up the rays. The Texas Sunset boasts a queen-size bed along with a full-size crib, smart TV and closet.

Texas Wildflower:
This picture perfect room includes a luxurious queen-size bed, full closet, dresser and smart TV.

Lookout Loft:
This is what dreams are made of! The Lookout Loft sleeps a total of four on twin-size trundle beds - and overlooks the downstairs living area. No need for a TV…the Loft is stocked with toys and books for the little cow pokes.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs! Also enjoy the use of plastic wine tumblers and dishes - along with sippy cups and kid-sized plates and utensils.

The outdoor space includes a charcoal grill, outdoor shower and corn hole. Utilize the over-sized beach wagon to load up your gear! Umbrella, chairs and sand toys provided.

The Texas Peach provides a starter amount of the following items:

If you’ll be visiting us for an extended stay, we recommend bringing additional quantities of the above.

There’s space to park 1-2 vehicles under the house and up to 2 more in the driveway.

Other things to note:
Enjoy the freedom of driving on the beach with your vehicle [or ATV, UTV, motorcycle]. A beach parking permit is required which can be purchased locally (The Big Store sells them and is just one mile from the house). Golf cart rentals are available to rent locally.

The house is run on a septic tank and therefore does not have a disposal. Please discard waste in the trash cans and DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down any drain other than toilet paper.
