Tinos Agios Sostis Beach Villa Filippos fivemin walk to the beach Pet Allowed

The Villa is located at Agios Sostis Bay, one of the most beautiful long sandy beaches of the island. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach and 5km to the city of Tinos and the port.
Our villa has two floors. The top floor has an open space living room, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two balconies, in the front where you can see the islands of Mykonos, Delos, Paros and Naxos. From the back balcony you overlook the beach of Agios Sostis.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large veranda where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee. From the back door you can walk to a protected veranda with a stone table and comfortable chairs near the traditional stone BBQ and a country stove.
The lower level is not for rent. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water.
A private parking spot belongs to the Villa.
