Villa for rent in the region of Vourni on the island of Tinos, in Cyclades. The house, build on a plot of 1000 m2 with panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and new private pool!Is situated at a distance of only 8 minutes drive from the port of Tinos. In close proximity (just 150 meters below) lies a magnificent and calm sandy beach where there is also a small restaurant-café.
The surface of the house is 120 m2, on three levels, with three balconies, private swimming pool, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. In the garden there is a large BBQ and a large stone table, parking area is available fo r2 cars and there are several relaxation and leisure corners.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people (7 in beds ).
Three separate bedrooms and one more connected - continuous with master bedroom-1 without door between.
The house is surrounded by stairs and is on 3 different levels. A staircase connects the 3 floors internally! Suitable for children over 6 years old.
Whether you're a single family or two families traveling together, this villa is an ideal choice for your holidays on the beautiful island of Tinos.

Great place very well located

We enjoyed so much our stay at Mandy’s! The house had everything we needed: nicely decorated, great view, well equipped, and a very nice host. Perfect place to discover Tinos

We had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s, enjoying the magical view and our daily morning swim at the beach. The house is very well located (perfect place to discover Tinos), well-equipped and nicely decorated. Mandy and her daughter Nefely were the perfect host duo: we had a very warm welcome, with many little treats during our stay, and the check in & out and all communications were always very smooth and friendly! We would highly recommend staying at Mandy’s place.

Our stay at Many’s home was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, Mandy, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. There’s something special about waking up to that view!Our whole family fell in love with the place. Beyond Imaginable

We arrived in Tinos less one suitcase, as someone deemed it theirs and Mandy and Nefely spent the entire afternoon with us trying to rectify the situation. That perfectly describes the thoughtfulness of this mother/daughter team. They were waiting to escort us to the house when we arrived and there were muffins on the table, too. Mandy even brought us more when I told her how much my mom was enjoying them. She also brought my husband a birthday cake. So amazing.The house has everything you could need, no kidding. It is so lovingly decorated with so many painstaking touches everywhere you look. The outdoor space is incredible. And the view, WOW. It is paradise yet still a home. The beach is so close, although we did drive as the walk back to the house was quite the task. We rented lounges for 10 euros each for the entire day at Bianco. A PERFECT place to stay.

First time in Tinos Island

Perfect place to discover Tinos. The house has an amazing view on the sea, it’s well decorated with so many charming details. Rooms were perfect for our 2 families of 4 and 3. The double bedroom with the single bed near was perfect for us and our son of 8 yo. We felt at home and far away at the same time because the place is unique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Mandy qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention ,des cadeaux de bienvenue des fruits et légumes. La maison très joliment décorée et avec soin est très bien située au dessus d'une plage ( 5 minutes à pieds ,remontée plus sportive ) Le point de vue est fantastique .Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables .L'île à beaucoup de points d'intérêts différents. Wonderful house with magnificent views and great style!

We had a lovely time in Mandy's stylish house. It was very clean and comfortable and she was so friendly so check in & out and all other communications went well. The house is beautifully done and with great flair and soul - everything is thought about and beautiful and truly adds to this special and unique place. We loved Tinos (despite a windy week!) and used lots of the little beaches nearby and ate so well too. Thank you Mandy for generousity and for the charming house.

Great house with amazing views!!!!

This is an amazing house with 3 full bathrooms. The views from the porches are spectacular but during the day and at night. The whole family truest enjoyed our stay. You can walk to and from a nice beach from the house. Mandy also helped arrange for someone to come to the house to get us our Covid tests that we needed prior to our return to the US. One thing I would recommend if you are planning to stay at this house is that you will need to rent a car. Other than the beach, everything else, stores, restaurants, etc, are too far away to walk. Also, be aware that there is no AC, just fans in the house. I don’t believe that isn’t much of an issue normally as it doesn’t get that hot on the island and the white time we were there it was quite windy. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for a place to stay in the Cyclades near a beach, this is the place for you!!!

Tout simplement parfait

Une très jolie maison, propre, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et surtout très très bien placée (plage accessible à pied en bas dans la crique). Propriétaire adorable, pleine d’attention (des fruits et légumes offerts tous les 2 jours au retour du marché) et de précieux conseil pour visiter tous les sites et les bonnes adresses de l’île. Je recommande mes yeux fermés à tous les voyageurs aimant le calme et l’authenticité, magnifiques vacances !

Superbe maison et belle vue sur la mer Égée

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Tinos du 31/05 au 10/06/2019 avec nos 3 jeunes adultes qui se sont aussi régalés. La propriétaire, MANDY, fait le maximum pour que notre séjour soit parfait. La maison est très propre et décorée avec goût. Il y a plusieurs terrasses qui donnent toutes sur la Méditerranée. Tinos est restée une ile authentique et nous avons même eu des criques pour nous seuls Nous reviendront sûrement

Des vacances dans le vent.

Mandy et Nefely nous ont accueillis dans leur confortable maison à la vue superbe avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de prévenance. l'ile de Tinos est très belle et même si le vent est très présent il fait bon y vivre.Les gens y sont bienveillants et Mandy a été parfaite pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable. La plage est à 5 minutes a pied et on peut y retrouver le parasol, les chaises et le petit bateau de Mandy. les autres plages de l’île sont très bien en particulier le site de Panormos. Nous sommes revenus enchantés de ces vacances et sommes impatients d'y retourner.

Superbes vacances dans un cadre magique. Excellent accueil de manty et nefeli

La maison est idéalement située, près d'une plage de sable, dotée d'un très bon restaurant à prix abordables. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux; Manty et Nefeli nous ont donné toutes les infos utiles sur les visites à faire, les plages etc. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce et les sanitaires sont particulièrement confortables et agréables. Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans la maison de Manty et regrettons de n'avoir pu prolonger notre séjour.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura in 3 coppie di amici e ognuna aveva la sua camera con bagno. Accoglienza eccezionale, Mandy e sua figlia molto presenti ma altrettanto discrete, sempre disponibili e simpatiche. Sono state le nostre guide turistiche e gastronomiche per poter apprezzare al meglio quanto offriva l'isola. Isola bellissima ma molto ventilata

Un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa avec des propriétaires charmants

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 3 semaines dans cette confortable villa, bien équipée. Les propriétaires nous ont fait un accueil très chaleureux, sont toujours à l'écoute, répondent à toutes nos questions, et font de nombreuses suggestions. La voiture est indispensable pour les courses et profiter des environs. La villa est bien protégée du vent qui peut souffler fort, mais rend la chaleur toujours très supportable Nous reviendrons !

Замечательный дом, один из лучших за наши многолетние поездки в Грецию, а по соотношению цена/качество - просто лучший. Жили в доме неделю двумя семьями с детьми 3, 5 и 8 лет. Места более чем хватило всем, а за счет многоуровневости обеспечивалась некоторая приватность. В доме все удобно и хорошо продумано и сделано с большой любовью. Отличные веранды с видом на море. Очень удобное местоположение: до столицы 10 минут на машине, до ближайшего хорошо оборудованного пляжа - 2 минуты (или пешком), в пределах 10-20 минут езды множество разнообразных пляжей. Невероятно гостеприимные и приятные в общении хозяева, готовые помочь советом и делом в любом вопросе, знающие и любящие остров. Ну и сам Тинос: очень теплый и душевный, настоящий, остров, имеющий свое лицо, историю, архитектуру и традиции. Нам всем понравился очень.

Una sana e tranquilla vacanza nella più greca delle isole greche!

Se volete trascorrere una vacanza immersi in una vera atmosfera greca, Tinos è l'ideale perché è fuori dagli itinerari vacanzieri tradizionali e caotici. Siamo una famiglia italiana di 4 persone con due ragazzi grandi e abbiamo trascorso un periodo rilassante di due settimane senza però rinunciare alle comodità. La casa è molto bella, pulita e accogliente. Le camere da letto sono spaziose e confortevoli con un arredamento nuovo e curato e le indicazioni nel sito corrispondono fedelmente a quello che abbiamo trovato. Mady, la proprietaria, è sempre disponibile a dare tutte le indicazioni e i suggerimenti per scoprire le migliori spiagge e le taverne più caratteristiche. Abbiamo apprezzato la location strategica della casa da dove si poteva raggiungere in auto, in pochi minuti, sia il centro della città con tutti i servizi ( bancomat, farmacie e supermercati) sia le altre spiagge dell'isola, sia i villaggi dell'interno ( Pyrgos e Volax sono da vedere assolutamente) sia i paesaggi più selvaggi della costa settentrionale , battuta dal vento del nord , dove ci sono le spiagge più belle( Livada e Kolybithra). A noi piaceva molto anche rilassarci sui lettini della tranquilla spiaggia sotto casa a leggere e fare il bagno e pranzare lì con degli ottimi panini del chiosco o gustare le specialità della genuina cucina greca nella taverna. In città consiglio "Giro giro " dove abbiamo mangiato dei souvlaki eccezionali e a pochi chilometri da casa, a Kardiani, una piccola taverna nascosta tra le viuzze strette del paese, che prepara squisiti piatti locali. Mille grazie ancora a Mady ( cuoca eccellente!) e a sua figlia Nefeli ( preziosa traduttrice) che ci hanno accolto con simpatia e gentilezza, riempiendoci di attenzioni con assoluta spontaneità, facendoci così sentire degli ospiti veramente speciali!!! Una vacanza meravigliosa che consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di rigenerarsi fisicamente e psicologicamente!

Μειναμε στο σπίτι της Μαντυ για μία εβδομαδα. Όλα ήταν υπεροχα! Ιδανική θέα, άψογα οργανωμένο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις, ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση και κυρίως εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από την οικοδέσποινα, που από την αρχή μας έκανε να αισθανθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας.Ευχαριστουμε για όλα!Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Awesome View and Comfort

The property was very much as advertised. The view was amazing and the home was comfortable and very well equipped. Manty and Nepheli were very gracious and ensured all of our needs were met. Their personal touch and sincerity made our visit truly one of the highlights of our four week trip to Greece. Visiting Tinos was a good decision as it allowed our family of six to unwind from the previous three weeks, yet at the same time allowed us to visit and enjoy the uniqueness of this very special Island. We would highly recommend staying at Manty's place. You won't regret it.

Wonderful stay

Stayed at the property in August 2015; family of four plus two grandparents. The property is kept to a very high standard and is situated by a quiet cove several km outside the main town of Tinos. There is a short walk from the house to a good-sized beach popular with locals (but never really busy) with safe, child-friendly swimming and good snorkelling, where we ended up most days. There is a friendly taverna near the beach where we ate a few times (we recommend the beetroot cake), joining in the raki-fuelled Greek dancing on our last night. The owners lent us a paddle boat which the kids loved. It was a very peaceful place to stay and the owners were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The house is a short drive from other good beaches, the Poseidon temple, some of the mountain paths and the supermarkets and other facilities in Tinos town. Renting a car would be ideal though we found it convenient and cheaper to use taxis while we were there. Recommended activities while on Tinos: snorkelling, walking (the best was Falatada to Livada beach - watch out for the freshwater turtles), touring the island (Volax was my favourite village), eating out, visiting Delos (easily combined with some exploration of Mykonos town) or just chilling at the house.

Very confortable house with an amazing view on sea

The house is very confortable and well apointed, and offers nice outdoors and an amazing view on sea. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who stays near the house, and did his best to make our stay very pleasant. We recommand TInos and its quiet and beautiful villages. French family with 4 children
