Also, a bonus for our renters when you arrive, we have an outdoor bar by the pool equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, sink, and TV!

We rent Friday to Friday! Get on and off the Island and avoid the Saturday arrival and departure stress.

Owners have added a 'family touch' to a wonderfully located beach home on the exclusive 'West End' of the Island. Panoramic ocean views from each of the 3 decks. Five Ocean view suites, Two 3rd floor master suites with custom 2 wall shower spas. Perfect 'get away' no matter the time of the year. Great golf and tourist attractions close by! Membership to the Isles Resort allows you to have access to an ocean front pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and Tiki Hut bar. Home has direct access to the beach only 50ft. away! Wireless Internet allows access to the job, if necessary. Garage, covered parking and an outside shower are nice extras to have down by the pool area. Also, 3 stop ELEVATOR service. Nice kitchen with extra ice maker, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. 14x32 pool installed in 2013.

Owners rent Friday to Friday for peak summer season. This allows for the avoidance of the heavy traffic arriving and leaving the Island as the majority of the rentals are Sat. to Sat. You also get a full weekend on arrival and elevates the possibility to get in earlier on arrival day. House cleaners are not nearly as busy on Fridays.

We had a terrific week for our entire family. Everything about the house fit our needs perfectly including the pool, outdoor bar, additional refrigerators, all of it. We had my wife and myself, brother and sister-in-law, adult children and their partners, and my 80 year old mother. We could not have had a better week or a better location.

Great Extended Family Getaway

We loved having quick beach access and the pool with outdoor kitchen/bar area. We had 12 adults and 7 small children and there was plenty of room.

Wonderful family stay

Our family enjoyed staying at this wonderful house. The size was perfect for the 8 adults and 10 children. We all enjoyed the pool, close access to the beach, and the extras: beach chairs, toys, a wagon,etc. Owners were always available to contact and gave quick support for any questions.

This house is perfect for a multi family vacation. Lots of rooms and bathrooms for privacy. A very short walk to the beach. House was bare bones with no linens but was easy to bring our own. Enough supplies in the kitchen to cook all meals. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Family getaway

We had a good time at the beach. Pool was perfect for staying cool in while not at the beach. Beautiful ocean view off porch and plenty of room for all. Easy walk to the beach.

Weekend Getaway

We were all very pleased with the overall condition of the property. We were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness when we arrived. The check-in process was convenient and the hosts reached out to make sure everything was in good shape upon arrival. Overall it was a spectacular stay.

Great View

The home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and well maintained. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation!

This is a beautiful property! There were 19 of us and room for all of us! Very comfortable and any questions or problems (minimal) we had, were taken care of in a timely manner. Owners are wonderful!!

This house was an excellent choice for our 7 couple class reunion!!! We had a great view of the ocean!! The 2nd floor living area was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the 1/2 bath off living area was a welcome surprise!!!!The hosts were so very accommodating!!! In contact when checking in to assure house was in great condition!!! Can't say enough.....this property was perfect!!! Just wishing weather had been warm enough in October to enjoy the outdoor pool/bar area!!!!! Definitely a 5-star review!!!!!

Outstanding property!!

Carolina Dreaming was everything we had hoped. We planned a mini family reunion the weekend after Thanksgiving for out of town family and this house was perfect! It was clean, well equipped, and the owners were great to work with. It was a little cold for the pool and the beach, but we had plenty of room to hang out, play games, and just visit with each other. We highly recommend Carolina Dreaming!

Family Vacation

My sister's family and mine were able to vacation together under one roof. The house was in excellent condition and nicely held our 20 people from 2-74 years of age. The location was convenient to the beach and the pool served the children well. The elevator makes the house accessible to those with mobility issues. This is a good choice for larger groups.

Wonderful place with fantastic hosts!

My apologies for being late with this review of our family's stay last summer. Simply put, our experience here was wonderful. The property was in great shape, very clean, and the pictures online if anything did not do it justice. I cannot recommend this house and these hosts highly enough. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. My only regret is that I failed to re-book early enough for this coming August, and the potential extended weekends for our family trip were already full.

Beautiful house!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! We had such a great time. Ocean Isle Beach is a wonderful little community with things to do for all ages. We loved being so close to the beach, but enjoyed using the pool every day. The house was a perfect fit for our extended family and provided a lot of room so as not to feel cramped. You have thought of every thing in this house! We didn't want to leave and hope to stay with you again in the future! Thanks again for making this a wonderful vacation!

Great home - great vacation!

California Dreamin' was a fabulous home for our 14 member family. It exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, decor and many extras. The kitchen had everything we needed , and the multiple refrigerators were great. The pool was the largest we've had at a rental house with plenty of seating and a very nice bar. The location was close for an easy walk to the beach and the garage was fully stocked with plenty of pool and beach chairs and toys. the two ice machines were great, the elevator never failed, the master bathrooms had great showers and make up mirrors! We usually like trying new places but this one had everything we needed and more and we plan to book it again in the future. Hosts were very kind and attentive.

An amazing experience

We visited OIB in June of 2022, family of 19...4 siblings and their children, plus grandma. The house was a perfect fit for us, with 4 master suites and 4 rooms with double beds. It was large enough that we could spread out and have our own space, yet gather together in the living room, kitchen, deck or pool bar. The pool bar was a HIT and was used daily! The pool was perfect and the beach was just a few steps away. We loved the ice makers in the kitchen and pool bar...a huge plus! To be perfectly honest, I ranked the accuracy of the online listing a 4 only because it doesn't give this place a full description of how wonderful it was. The only thing I would suggest adding is that linens (bedding, towels, etc.) need to be ordered and not supplied by the house in the description. This caught us a bit off guard, but Heavenly Scent had them delivered and ready for us when we arrived. The hosts were extremely patient with us, checked in upon arrival and the day we left to ensure all was good. They were very responsive during the entire process! We will be recommending this house to others and would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks for a GREAT vacation!

This beach home was perfect for our family of 16 people. Every detail you read about is correct! The space, the bedrooms, the beautiful community floor area and all decks were outfitted with all the furniture you would need. So comfortable. The pool never felt crowded and we loved the pool’s inner “sitting” ledges. Kitchen was supplied with all items needed to cook and serve our family meals. Loved the poolside bar and ice machine, shower and nearby restroom. The view to the ocean excellent. And, the walkway is very short to the beach just across the road. No one will be disappointed in this rental property!

We have decided to rent Friday to Friday. This allows for a full weekend on the front end and much easier access onto the island to avoid the hectic and long waits with the majority of the rentals being Saturday to Saturday.
