Cottage in the heart of the countryside and vineyards

The property opens onto a large, tree-lined garden, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the absolute peace and quiet.
There are also plenty of walks starting right from the gîte.
To explore the surrounding area at your own pace, we provide 2 mountain bikes and 1 hybrid bike free of charge.
On site, you can also enjoy a swing for the children, a table tennis table and a table football table.

The gîte is part of our property, but has been designed to offer you complete privacy. For your comfort, you have a terrace and a garden area reserved exclusively for your use. We are happy to be on hand to answer any questions, whilst fully respecting your peace and quiet.

The accommodation:

• Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with high-quality, recently replaced bedding.
One double bed and one large 180/200 cm bed that can be split into two 90 cm beds.
• Bathroom: Walk-in shower and separate toilet.
• Laundry room: Washing machine and various storage units
• Lock-up garage available for 1 car or 2 motorbikes, on request.

Pons is 5 minutes away for shopping, with a shopping centre or the local market; Jonzac is 15 minutes away and Royan 45 minutes away.
