Dawn 935 - Wave Therapy is the perfect island escape, located directly on Seawall and complete with two community pools and a hot tub. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo, open-concept floor plan, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops throughout, plus in-unit laundry and private third-floor poolside balcony with Seawall and Gulf views.

The kitchen includes a matching stainless steel oven, side-by-side frig/freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee pot (standard 12-cup drip), and toaster, and the living area has a 48" television, WIFI for your convenience, and a full sleeper sofa.

The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 32'' tv, a large walk-in closet, and direct second entrance to the bathroom for convenience.

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, canā€™t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81Ā° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you donā€™t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.

NOTES Parking is paid to The Dawn upon arrival.

All guests must pay parking fee per vehicle. 1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax (4.12) making it a flat rate $50.00

Pool bands must be picked up from the front office at The Dawn

Clean & easily accessible to the pool and the beach!

Very clean! All was great except the dishwasher wasnā€™t working, but not the end of the world. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Mostly good

Condo was nice and clean. It was easy to access both by car and on foot. We did, however, have to submit 3 separate work orders to fix some electrical devices (bedroom tv, microwave and den ceiling fan) working. To be fair, an electrical storm had hit a day or two before our arrival. Their readiness checklist should include that everything is in working order.

Location was excellent ā€”very close to shopping, restaurants, and within easy reach of the beach.

We stayed at this VRBO for a short five-day trip to Galveston before heading out on a cruise. Overall, it was a great spot for a party of two. The room was comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the pool and a partial view of the ocean. The bed was cozy, though the pillows could have been better.One downside was that the main fridge was broken, so we didnā€™t have cold water or ice. A second fridge was provided as a replacement, which was helpful but took up space in the dining area, making it feel a bit cramped. Otherwise, I would have made it a full 5 stars. The location was excellentā€”very close to shopping, restaurants, and within easy reach of the beach. Despite the minor inconvenience with the fridge, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Nice condo in a great location

My daughter and I just returned home from 6 days at this condo. Condo fit our needs, location was great, pools were nice. My only real complaints are that there wasnā€™t towels for for the beach or pool. We flew into town so we had to purchase them at Walmart which just happens to be really close by. The other complaint is the regular fridge in the condo continued to beep all day and night. I assumed it wasnā€™t working properly because they added a second smaller fridge in the condo which worked well for us. It was a good condo in a great location with views of the sunrise which you should definitely check out!

Great family stay

The condo was clean, pool and hot tub were nice and easily accessible. Access to the beach was cinvenient and the balcony view was pretty. Would book again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay.

The property was great! 3rd floor balcony view of the pool and ocean was a nice touch. Close to everything and within walking distance. The beach is right across the street perfect. The pool didnā€™t have many people. Plus there were two to choose from which was a plus. Only thing I could say is that the air vents need to be cleaned. The vents wereVisually dirty/moldy.

Too many stairs for older people and too controlling Management

Too many stairs . Could not sit on the balcony because the chairs were broken report it no one came. Could not get into place because the email forgot the check mark. We were cited because our hitch was over the side walk by an inch if we had see it the truck would have been towed and we were on a handicap spot

Lovely Place

The unit was very nice and roomy. It had a large kitchen and there was a washer and dryer. The third floor property gave us a great view of ocean sunrises from our balcony. We were just across the boulevard from the beach The bathroom was updated and there was a large walk-in closet. Would stay again!

Broken Bed - No Help

Third floor unit so be prepared to lug all your belongings up two flights of stairs. Discovered bed was broken on second day. Sent text - no response. Called office 2 hours later - stated they would send out someone to repair the bed - no one ever showed up. Property management sent me a text sent asking if I was satisfied with my stay. I responded NO and they stated that someone would contact me - no one ever called. I had to remove the mattress and box spring myself to stand the blocks back up that were holding up the slats under the bed. Poor repair job. Any movement whatsoever of the bed causes the blocks to fall over and the bed sags. This has obviously been a problem for a while because some of the blocks were missing. I later found one in the bottom of the dresser on last day before checkout. Very disappointed with the lack of response from the property management company.

Disappointed

There were so many items either not working or broken: refrigerator broken, with no note stating. TV screen in living room busted. Bed in broken, we had to keep getting under it to put slates back! We found pieces in dresser drawer. Refrigerator beeped 24/7. We called property on first day to let me know and NOTHING was done ! I talked to property multiple times and no one would do anything or offer to make it right!! Very disappointed with stay! Pool was even cloudy and not clear!! I do not recommend!!!!

The perfect beach vacation

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we were in the perfect place. The charm of this condo was beyond our expectations. The view from the balcony was amazing. In fact we chose to eat most of our meals there. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed!

Very nice Condo

My wife and I loved this little condo.It has a nice view of the ocean and a full pool view.Itā€™s on the 3rd floor so if you donā€™t like walking stairs then itā€™s not for you.We will definitely stay here again.The only complaint I have is the pool guard is very rude.

Great Stay July 4th Weekend

My gf and I stayed here 2 years ago and came back to the same unit since we loved it the first time. Luckily it was available and in even better condition than last time. The owner at this unit does a great job stocking the condo, and the rental company does a great job in cleaning and leaving instructions. Great unit, and great complex! Location is fabulous and the units are very comfortable and updated.

Wonderfule Getaway

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. Close to the beach, pool was great and the condo was perfect for a family of four. My only issue was that the pool didn't open until 9 am. My husband and I wanted to drink coffee by the pool instead of the balcony so we didn't wake the kids and the pool wasn't open.

Wonderful

There are not enough good words to describe our stay. The condo itself was so clean and beautiful. The location couldnā€™t have been more convenient with Walmart across the road and the beach right across the seawalll. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman at the office was extremely polite and helpful. I would stay here again and again and again. Thank you for such a perfect and amazing little getaway!!!!
