This mid-century modern two-story cabin on Greer’s Ferry Lake is freshly renovated and revitalized. Stunning spring views of the lake from the spacious deck. Featuring all new appliances and flooring, a large deck, fully updated kitchen and two full bathrooms, it is perfect for a family vacation. This home away from home has plenty of space for your family to enjoy.

The path to the lake is fairly steep, and maybe difficult for mobility restrictions

Lake access: The pathway to the Lake is a little steep. We spend most of our time floating in the cove. Please stay off the boat dock, it is not part of the property. Thanks

The lake view was peaceful and inviting. The beds were comfy and the living room couch was awesome. We spent a lot of time on the outside deck star gazing.

Golf trip

Close enought to Tannenbaum GC and Mountain Ranch GC for a great golf weekend. The host recommended Janssens Lakefront Restauarant which was superb!

Great Stay in November

Property was nearly identical to the listing photos. The kitchen was fully-stocked. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra linens were provided.

Perfect Little Get-Away Weekend

We just needed a weekend get-a-way and an opportunity to look at real-estate. This property was the perfect size for my family of 5 that provided comfort and convenience. The property is located right in the central part of Greers Ferry Lake with all the amenities needed for a great weekend.

Great place to stay, right in the middle of Greers Ferry Lake!

Private, quite, and sitting on the deck of the evening was a fantastic way to finish a day of superb boating! It's a vrbo that you want to back to. Accommodations were great and the small touches to insure a good stay met and exceeded expectations. We will be sure to recommend this property to our friends who visit the area.

lake stay

This home was well equipped with good mattresses and bedding which was appreciated. We enjoyed walking down to the cove to swim and area attractions such as the hike up Sugar Loaf. The front sliding door to the porch does not work, which is one repair that could be made.

A peaceful retreat

The house itself is easily accessible. It’s beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you’d need to make yourself at home. The view of the trees from the back deck is so calming. For this trip, I was just with my boyfriend - but I could see myself returning in the summer with the kids. There’s so much space. It really was absolutely perfect!

Review Lake Stay

The home inside was attractively, remodeled and updated. The home was clean and well stocked. The amenities were good. The least attractive part was the maintenance of the landscaping. The shrubs were overgrown, and the entire front yard needed to be groomed. The walkway to get onto the front deck to the entrance was less than desirable and safe. The communication with the manager was excellent; very timely and thorough.

Girls weekend

Some friends and I went over to the "Scrapin at the lake" for a girls weekend. The cabin was lovely, the kitchen was very nice and it was wonderful that there were two full bathrooms, very well stocked with all the necessities and nice fluffy towels! The beds were SO comfortable! The full basement allowed plenty of room for everyone. There were movies to watch and games to play and the living area was arranged for all of us to have plenty of room to sit and watch movies. The only thing is that the basement steps are narrow and quite steep. So if you have anyone with mobility problems, make sure they can stay upstairs. There's an outside entrance to the basement but it's an unlevel rocky walk to it as well. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely go back, as long as we all have good knees!

Comfortable, Cozy & Convenient

Kirk was a wonderful host who made our stay extremely comfortable and easy!! Beautiful decor along with all of the amenities made us feel at home. The home is centrally located to good food and marinas that made our stay perfect!! We will definitely make this a home away from home for us again!!
