It was a very nice place but I think they need a new cleaner. There was a stain on the rug in the living room and the couch also had stains. There was hair in the master shower and had to kill a few spiders also had a stained towel. The beds are comfortable and like I said itā€™s a very nice place. Just some cleaning issues.

Great place to stay for a week

We enjoyed staying here very much. It was easy to get around. Not too much shopping close but easy to get to those areas! We are glad to have not brought our truck as the parking in this area and downtown Seattle requires smaller vehicles!! Great to have 3 bedrooms for the kids to have their own space! Would definitely stay again!!

This house was okay. It was overall a nice house, but it was subpar on cleanliness. My feet were black after walking around for a few minutes, the rugs were all pretty dirty, and there was some scattered trash/receipts/food under the couches and bedside tables. Also the second floor was sooo incredibly hot without a/c (we were there during a heat wave). It did have all the necessities and more. Not a baby friendly place to book

Had amenities, but not very clean

This property came with lots of amenities. However the cleaning was subpar. Rugs were very dirty, my feet were black within minutes of walking around. Couch and walls had stains/marks on them. There were chips and trash under the couches and beds/nightstands. We were also there during a heatwave and struggled with the second floor being incredibly hot without a/c.

The home was beautiful

When I first walked in the home, I noticed the pictures on the wall.It's really nice. It's a modern vibe, very private. No one bothers me at all.I one hundred percent recommend this vacation house perfect for family friends or getaway

Excellent location and property

Thoroughly enjoyed the property as itā€™s clean, well maintained, has everything you need for a short or extended stay. Itā€™s an absolutely beautiful home in every sense. The only down side was trying to figure out the television situation which we didnā€™t but realistically we utilized the time to just enjoy Seattle and all it has to offer.

Lovely condo. Great location. Convenient to downtown. Very nice primary bedroom and bath upstairs. Well stocked and organized kitchen. Seamless reservation and check in. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Great location to stay with family

Super clean and convenient to stores, places to eat and to transportation (like the taxi ferry). Perfect place for family with kids, especially teens as you can give them the 2nd floor to hang out. Only downside is parking. Itā€™s a really tight spot to park and driving from CA in a large SUV and shuffling into the spot could of been really difficult - luckily the home next door did not have anyone using their spot for 2 of our 3-day stay, which let us park our vehicle more easily. Also, we couldnā€™t get TV on 1st floor to operate, but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall, nice place and would definitely stay again.

Home was exactly as expected. Communication was top notch. Location was great. We needed to get to lumen field for an event and wasnā€™t sure if this place was too far away but it was an easy 12 minute drive. The only slight draw back was the parking. Had a designated parking spot but it was tight for our 3/4 ton dodge ram. A smaller car would be perfect though and the designated parking is really nice!

Nice home with a few deficiencies

We enjoyed our stay for the most part and Vacasa was good to deal with. This is a nicely appointed and well equipped home, however, it needs some upgrading on 2nd level - no A/C and there was significant road noise at night in front bedroom, especially with window open for ventilation.

Great Experience!

Property was easy to locate, quiet, and clean. Parking spot fit large SUV. Size of the property allowed for multiple work areas and ample personal space. Adequate amount of towels, pillows, blankets, cooking appliances which was appreciated. Shopping center close by for food, groceries, etcā€¦within walking distance depending on personal preferences. Easy to commute into downtown Seattle. Overall would stay here again!

Excellent property!

Very nice, clean, and nice location. Would definitely book this one again. One thing for future renters. They are three or four smart TVs but need you own sign on to use the apps. There are no free channels (that I could find anyway). But minor issue as we werenā€™t there to watch TV!šŸ˜€

Beautiful place and perfect location

Our family wanted to experience everything West Seattle had to offer, and this place delivered. We had an amazing vacation and we're so glad we stayed here. The condo was immaculate. It was clean, in a great location off Fauntleroy, had tons of space for all of us, and plenty of games to play, which was perfect for kids. We enjoyed going to the beach and local parks, went to our favorite restaurants and tried new places. We had some challenges with internet not working, but it was a good thing, as our family played Monopoly and had tons of fun without screens. One thing we would suggest, though, is adding some friction to the stairs, as our daughter did slip and fall, but thankfully, she was not hurt. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and would book again in the future.

Great place w/horrible housecleaning

What is great about this townhouse: nicely appointed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good location in West Seattle. It would merit 5 stars however the housekeeping was the worst I've encountered in 11 years of staying in VRBO's. Dirty sheets left in the front entry by stairs, beyond gross master bathroom toilet, dirty dishes, etc. Perhaps the crew was new, whatever the reason, the owners deserve better service.

Nice but could use a few things

The unit is nice. But there are no instructions about how to operate the mini splits, the trash details, etc. It would be nice to know these things. It was very hot in Seattle while we were there and we could not get the mini split ACs on. The unit could use kitchen towels and a morning of coffee, basics, as well as additional cookware. Bath soap was not provided.

Nice but lacking

I liked the condo but upon entering the home, I could see that the main floor was not vacuumed. There were some almonds on the floor as well as other debris. There was also a dishwasher full of dishes that I had to unload. The master bathroom sink drain was blocked up, so every time I ran water, the whole sink filled up. I wouldnā€™t have rented this condo if I would have known that the tvs are streaming only. The war in Israel broke out while we were there and we couldnā€™t watch any good news programming. You canā€™t even get local tv channels. The last day we were there we woke up to no internet connection. We reset the modem as they instructed us to, and also 4 other times, but we were still unable to use the tvs the rest of our stay. I reached out to Vacasa but didnā€™t get the help we needed, other than telling us to unplug the modem and restart it. I usually rent vacation rentals through Vrbo, and deal with the owners directly, and they are very responsive. I will not be using Vacasa ever again. Also, they give you the WiFi info, and then thereā€™s a WiFi card with information that is different from the info they gave.

Wonderful stay, beautiful place!

Place is really clean and beautifully furnished and set up. Had a great time. Easy automated entry. Had to call customer service once but they were incredibly responsive and got my question answered quickly. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Dreadful

1- wrong code given and after 30 min i got in trying 123456, later to be given correct code at 40 min after arrival. 2 - dirty bathrooms and waited 3 days for cleaner to arrive. 3 - light in front area too much and nothing setup to block in case I wanted to watch TV(NFL app on apple TV) so I went to local bar instead. 4 - all windows on all floors left open or unlocked without warning me in a city where it rains alot. 5 - trash overflowing with food and flies right by door which they end up on the first floor by kitchen too. This condo still needs a deep clean and probably some new mattresses after noticing the stains, please don't let this owner rent to anyone and if my next stay is anything close I will never be using VRBO or Vacasa again. Florida gets alot of hate but we would fire people over this or at least retrain them from the beginning.

Quality place in relaxed neighborhood

Place was as advertised. Clean with all of the amenities. Walking distance to major shopping areas. This place is run by a company. They have an excellent app that has all info but not easy to communicate. Tried for an early check in through the app messaging but didn't receive a reply. Nevertheless, would definitely stay here again.

Great house and Location

Stayed the weekend in Seattle with friends. It was a great house and able to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. We enjoyed the rooftop. It was close several grocery stores and food options.
