Location, spacious and wonderful!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean, spacious and in a great location. They were very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. Check out was very easy! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fabulous home on a quiet street in walking distance to the beach

This home is perfect for family vacations. It has an open floor plan (with high ceilings in the living area) and private bedrooms. Two driveways make is easy to have multiple vehicles. The private neighborhood beach is close by and a perfect place to see the beautiful sunsets. The home has a well equipped kitchen and the beds are all very comfortable. We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely come again!

Great Stay. Fun and Easy Trip.

Our stay at the Belaire Bungalow in PCB was nothing short of amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and we loved sipping coffee on the cozy front porch each morning. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for families or couples. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back—this place is a true hidden gem!

Easy!!!!!!! Great Location, Responsive, and Clean

Our stay at the Belaire Bungalow in PCB was absolutely perfect! The bungalow was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. The outdoor space was a peaceful spot to relax, and the amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchen supplies, and comfy beds were top-notch. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a mixed stay. The good and the bad... The bathrooms were clean and very nice. However, the rest of the house was dirty. We found trash under the couch, and the couch itself was dirty. It is a light-colored leather couch and we spent at least 30 minutes cleaning it. The kitchen was not clean. The cabinets had food on them and they feel sticky. The kitchen is due for an update. There are plenty of beds for a large family! We had 12 in our group. In several of the beds there were stains and or hairs in the sheets and comforters. We also found trash under one of the beds. The 2 barstools are falling apart. The chairs on the porch are rusted and falling apart. Be careful sitting on some of them. We also had a little trouble with the AC. It was not cooling the house well enough. We contacted the manager and he responded promptly to the AC issue. He never did anything about the other issues we had regarding the dirtiness of the house. It has good potential, but it needs a deep clean or a different cleaning crew that pays more attention to detail. Enjoying a short walk to the beach with private access and having space without large crowds makes for a great vacation.

Fantastic Location! Santa Monica is a HIDDEN GEM!

Belaire Bungalow in Panama City Beach was absolutely perfect for our vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy atmosphere. The bungalow is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The private beach access was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the sand and waves whenever we wanted. The location is ideal—close to amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still tucked away enough for peace and privacy. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect off beach location

If you’re not wanting beach front, but the next best thing - this is it. The walk was not long whatsoever. The private beach made the whole experience 10x better. We were the only people on the beach all but the last day (which was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend) and yet there was still only 2 other families on the beach that day. The place was mostly clean, and the people before us left us a lot of things to use such as tide pods, a boogy board, and dish washer pods. If we ever come back to Panama and choose not to stay beach front again, we will definitely be back. We also had 11 people in our group (5couples and one single) and there was PLENTY of space for everybody. 5 stars for this house we whole heartedly recommend.
