Family friendly

Right on the beach. The resort offered numerous pools, indoor and outdoor, clean playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts,and grills everywhere. The outdoor deck had great food and drinks, great for families. The security gave the extra comfort of being away from home and feeling safe.

Quality ocean view and spacious

Stayed in off season so there was some construction in the parking lot but did not impact our stay. All staff was super friendly and room was exactly as described.Only con I’d say was the mattresses were clearly older and not very comfortable. All guests with me said the same thing. By no means was this a deal breaker though. Would 100% stay again!

Simple

It's a very simple condo. It had the main necessities. I do think it could use more pans to cook (there was one). Also, the broom was half broken and no dust pan. The walls and base boards were disgusting with stains and dust. We would take showers and in 20 minutes the bottoms of our feet would be black from the carpets. The beds were hard as a rock. Over all, it was okay for the price we paid for an out of season stay, but I would not book again.

Disappointing

The pictures look way better than the room. 1 bedroom did not even have covers on them…just a fitted sheet and the bed skirt was visibly filthy. Paint was peeling off the walls …the floor was terribly dirty…the toilet had very little water so I flushed it and it filled up almost to the rim and never went down! Needless to say…I didn’t even unpack….Vacasa corresponded through txt msgs …when I told them I could not stay there and if they had another location they said they would put in a work order and get back with me later in the afternoon. I let them know I would be leaving to go find a hotel to stay in because of the uncleanliness and sent them pictures and they also said it was disgusting but never heard anything back from them until several hours later with no resolution! I hope VRBO does no more business with this group. It was the first time in the 20 yrs I’ve booked through VRBO and have had this level of dissatisfaction.

Condo owner needs to step it up!!

As one reviewer stated, “Not the best but not the worst” place I have rented. First the positive- VACASA was great from check in process to handling all of our complaints from TVs not working to ceilings tile falling outside our door. The furnishings of this condo are outdated and have definitely seen it’s better days. Oh the couches!! I bought cheap blankets from the local Walmart to cover them because I thought I might get a disease from sitting on them. The beds were comfortable but only sheets on the master bedroom. I wasn’t about to put that nasty blanket in the closet on it. Bathrooms we’re updated and clean. I do suggest you bring extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap and paper towels. Very close to beach! Loved the second floor because you could take the stairs and not wait on elevator. Would I rent this condo again? NO!!! It’s not worth what we spent. I’ve stayed at better places and spent less money. Pictures are deceiving!!!

Lovely and quirky

As a whole it was a lovely place and comfortably fit all 5 of my family (3 kids, one slept in living room by choice). However, be aware there is litterally one trash can in the place. Also there was low water pressure in kitchen and it took a good 10 min for the shower to get hot. Honestly these were small issues for us though. The view is pretty and the beach access is amazing. We would stay here again with just a little more prep for those oddities.

Unclean

The pillows were dirty. The tv in the living is not working, couldn’t find the remote control for it. Some of the lights were not plugged in, we have to find the outlet for it. They said the local managers will contact us to resolve the issues but nobody have called. The pictures of the condo on the listing look new but in reality it is not. I’m not sure if it the condo or not but my daughter (6 years old) got a lot of bugs bite on her face. In think the bed or the condo in general is not clean. We stay at another condo in the same building last May, we were very impressed that’s why we came back. This time we are very disappointed, I don’t think we will ever rented from this place again.

Good Location

Location was excellent and the resort was a great family getaway. Condo was tastefully decorated, but could have been better cleaned. We would have appreciated more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom, 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of paper towels. Had we known, we would have been better prepared. Additionally, the lights in the master bathroom kept flickering which was rather annoying.

It was ok

Cannot say I was impressed with the room; but I can’t say it was the worst. Beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom lights flickered from the day we walked in. Rooms were not exactly updated…maybe a little outdated.
