Welcome to Summerhouse in beautiful Orange Beach Alabama. Get ready for an amazing trip to Paradise! This condo will blow your mind! This three-bedroom gulf front corner unit has everything you need to make this the best vacation ever. The large gulf front master suite is perfect to wake up with the Gulf of Mexico right outside your door. The large living room and dining area has plenty of seating to accommodate your entire family. The kitchen is gorgeous, freshly remodeled and fully stocked with everything you need to cook that amazing Gulf side dinner. In the 2nd bedroom, you will find two comfortable twin beds and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and there is a shared bath just outside of each room in the hall. Check out the new cozy sofa sleeper in the living room. Which now allows the unit to sleep eight guest! The large corner balcony is a showstopper, there's room for the entire family and views for miles.

Outside the unit, you will find two large gulf front pools, Charcoal barbecue grills, an amazing indoor pool, steam sauna, and much, much more. There are easily accessible boardwalks to the beautiful beaches and you are right in the heart of Orange Beach. This property is a short walk or drive to many of the great shops and restaurants in the area. You will never run out of things to do at Summerhouse.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Overall our stay was wonderful! The check in process was a breeze with the keyless entry to the room. Communication with property management was always quick and easy. Any questions we had we were able to send a text and receive a response within just a couple minutes. The building was centrally located and made it really easy to get to anything we needed. The unit really wasn’t lacking anything we could possibly think of. There were even kids size tumblers that our kids were excited to use, and a few card games for rainy days. Every bed had extra sets of sheets, pillows and comforters, and there were more than enough bath towels for our family of 5. The balcony was HUGE and every family member we FaceTimed was blown away by how big it was. There was also an ice maker in the unit, super handy for packing coolers for the beach! Only thing we didn’t love was the master bed. It was 2 twin size mattresses so there was a crack down the middle. We think it may be an adjustable bed because it plugged in, but there were no remotes or anyway to adjust it. Although the mattresses we’re comfortable, for a couple that enjoys to snuggle up the crack was a bit of an annoyance. This is just a personal preference though! Overall, can’t say enough good things about our stay here and are planning to come back! Our 4 year old even took pictures of the room on the last day and said “I need pictures so we never ever forget how great this place is!”

This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 5. The balcony was our favorite sitting out there every morning/evening and enjoying the view. The condo had everything we needed and more. Definitely a family favorite!

Great corner unit

Great condo on the corner with expansive wrap-around balcony with great views of miles of beach! Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Great stay and will stay again!

Condo with a lot of potential but needs work

My family of 7 stayed at this condo the week of Fourth of July 2024. Pros: The condo was large, with a huge wrap around balcony, a well stocked kitchen and nice large pool. Close to lots of stores and restaurants and the beach front was very large. We loved the balcony! Cons: The parking is horrendous. The building is in the process of being updated (and it needs it!) A large portion of the parking lot is closed off due to the repairs being done (although I don't think there's enough space to accommodate everyone if they weren't blocked off.) If you weren't lucky enough to get a spot, you had to park across the street in an overflow lot. This wasn't easy because you have to make a right, sit in traffic, go down the street to the U-turn light and then go down the other side to park. Once parked, you have to walk back down to the light to the crosswalk, which is not close. Only 2 cars were supposed to be allowed per unit, but didn't appear this was being enforced. We also had issues with the cleanliness of the condo as well: dirty floors/rug, used Band-aide on the bed frame, black stuff on tubs (not sure what it was). Had to request sheets for the pull-out. Wifi was not secured with a passcode so it could not be used unless you wanted to risk it. No pool bands are required and the pool area was a little wild at times with no security. Smoking is also allowed in the pool gazebo, so it's not a good area to seek shade. This could be a great place if a few things were changed.

Wonderful stay

We have been staying at Summer House for over a decade for our annual family trip. This has been the best condo that we have ever stayed in! The corner unit was furnished great and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook for a family. The unit was cleaned very well. Great stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful Property (but know this...)

This property is wonderful—roomy with a spacious wraparound balcony, clean, well-stocked kitchen, great location, etc. However, there is ongoing MAJOR construction. This was NOT disclosed when on VRBO. Aside from the noise all--day--long, the corridors, elevators, common areas, and walkways are a mess! Parking is a nightmare. We had to pay $65 for a parking pass and had to park across the highway (dangerous to cross) when we could find a space there! I certainly understand that these improvements must be made, but just be very aware that this is not a minor update--it is a MAJOR exterior renovation. Bottom line: VRBO's listing does NOT provide information on this construction and the impact it has on renters. We definitely overpaid for this booking and should not have been charged at all for virtually non-existent parking.

Amazing Stay at SummerHouse

We had a great time. The condo was clean and well maintained, inside and out. The kitchen was loaded with supplies. The condo was set up perfectly with families with little kids, no clutter/decorations for little hands.
