LAKEFRONT HOUSE W/ HEATED POOL

Enjoy your perfect Hideaway in convenient to everything Port Richey. Relax in your private heated pool, or go fishing and kayaking right in your back yard. Central location is a short distances to the activities of Tampa and Clearwater Beach to the south and Crystal River to the North. Two private bedrooms with queen beds, plus a third bedroom with two twins and full laundry. Each room have TVā€™s. Enjoy the BBQ and gas fire pit, two kayaks and beach accessories.

The house has a great layout with both primary bedrooms situated on opposite sides of each other with a family in between leading out to the very popular pool lanai patio. Well decorated and well stocked, we gets many reviews of how well the how layout is and how fun the back patio is to hang out at, enjoy tv on the back patio watching all the bird activity along the lake.

Everywhere throughout the private home except access to the garage and storage supply closest.

We are always reachable should you have any questions and will send you a follow up email after your first evening just to check in to see if you have any questions.

This is a residential lake community made up of mostly full time residents. The neighbors on both sides are very friendly and do a good job of keeping the eye on the place for us, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Thank You.

Parking is included and available for up to three cars in the driveway.

The pool was spotless and warm which was fantastic; the seating indoor and out was super comfortable and everything we needed was there. We loved the gas fire pit and the place was spotless.

Amazing Stay!!

Great communication, home was clean and beautiful. My kids and I really felt at home and comfortable. We Enjoyed every moment of the stay. Will definitely try and book again on our next trip out. Cindie did a great job hosting and meeting our every needs.

Our stay on the Port Richey

The property suited our needs quite well. We wanted to stay near our Florida family, with the option for some of them to stay with us, as well as have activities such as swimming and kayaking available to us, should we have time for ourselves. It was obvious the house had been spiffed up for short-term rental appeal, had most of what you would want in a home rental stay, and helped us make the most of our short stay in the area. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Backyard Pool

The house was clean and it was very easy to communicate with the property manager, who also checked in on us during our stay. The backyard is so nice having the waterway behind the yard/pool. Lots of birds to see!

Great Stay in Pt Richey

We had so much fun discovering ALL the wonderful shopping while enjoying our awesome heated pool! The only drawback was the ducks making noise! We will be back!

This house was perfect for what we needed! The owner has thought of everything to make the stay simple and carefree! The house is well maintained, clean, and comfy! The outdoor space is beautiful! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

This house has every convenience you need for a wonderful stay. To little touches like toiletries in case you forget something, to all the equipment you would need for a beach trip so that you donā€™t have to pack all those things for your stay. The owners were responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely recommend this property.

Port Richey Hideaway

The house was so welcoming! The amenities were so thoughtful (especially the phone chargers in each room because I forgot to pack mine!). Very comfortable, having the pool available was great. Iā€™d also point out that there was no shortage of wildlife to watch from the lanai either. Great location, easy to settle in, and the property managers were helpful and available as needed. One of the best VRBOs Iā€™ve stayed at!

the house was just as lovely as the pics. I can't give five stars because of the ants. yes there was spray available and I realize its a part of living in Florida. But having to throw away food and start meals over is a real bummer.

Great for family vacation

This home was super cozy and had a nice open layout. The bedrooms were spaced apart and the central location of the living room and kitchen made it feel super ā€œhomey.ā€ The pool was perfect because we never really had to leave the house for fun in the sun. Wayne and Cindie provide you with great communication and everything you would need for your stay.

PERFECT

Absolutely stunning sunrises and sunsets. The house was beautiful. Pool and back porch was perfect for our family. The back canal was a plus to fish in. Neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very efficient and friendly. Definitely going back.

I canā€™t say enough about Cindie and how wonderful she is! The property was gorgeous. Way better than pictures! Neighborhood took some getting used to coming from the country but overall was fine. My 5 year old loved the pool. We enjoyed our trip and this property!

Beautiful property

House was beautiful, well stocked and spotless. Loved the little extra touches of snacks and toiletries, in case things were missed. My kids loved the pool and were in it from daylight to dark. It was about an hour drive to Clearwater but I had known this before I booked. Walmart is 5 min away. Communication was outstanding very quick responses and very detailed check in and check out instructions. Overall we really enjoyed our trip.

Fun for Family

This house is decorated so cute and was perfect for our familyā€™s stay. The pool was the best part as the water was a perfect 86 degrees every day! They had plenty of towels and it was very clean. The communication with Ms Cindie, our host and Mr Wayne, the owner were so great to work with and they responded quickly. They had great recommendations for places to eat in the local area. The canal behind the house had lots of birds to watch daily and we enjoyed that. A dock would have been nice to walk out on by the canal, but our stay was still very nice!

Wedding Anniversary

The home was just as pictured. Everything was very clean and the attention to detail was excellent. There were lots of kitchen supplies, pool equipment, beach equipment, fishing equipment, phone charger stations, baskets of snacks, toiletries and so much more! We enjoyed the pool and patio area very much and cooking some on the grill. There was lots of wildlife around the canal like herons, turtles, ospreys, egrets, etc. It was a good location for visiting Tarpon Springs area, Honeymoon Island, Dunedin, Anclote Island. Cindie, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I had an amazing time! We would definitely like to visit again.

Wonderful pool area

My daughters and I had he opportunity to stay in this house in May. We really enjoyed having the pool to ourselves and having access to a TV in the pool area. There was also plenty of seating and 2 loungers in the pool area. Not only did the house have indoor games, but they also provided pool floaties and accessories, and everything you would need in order to take a trip to the beach. Having access to all of these things without having to pack them for a plane ride was very helpful. The house also had cleaning supplies to do our laundry and the dishes and all the supplies we would need in the kitchen, including some spices. All of these things help to make this stay feel more like home. The check in and check out process was easy. Everything was clean and convenient. We had one need to contact the caretaker and our need was met within 10 minutes. The contact was easy and pleasant. If we traveled in the area again, we would definitely stay at this property.

Warm Weather/Golf Getaway

We had a great stay! We were all super impressed with this property!! It has everything you can think of with added housewarming touches. The pictures show exactly what is available. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied. The living area space was great for our whole group to watch March Madness. The best part of the house was the pool area. We spent a lot of time in this space relaxing in the warm sun, grilling, playing games, etc. (board games available, new grill, clean pool, gas firepit) Pool wasn't heated, but we arrived in March so the outside temp is warm. If you come in the hotter months, this space is more than ideal. A view of the canal is in the back with kayaks available. This was one of the nicer homes in the neighborhood. We walked every day and felt safe. Easy to get to, anywhere from a 40min-1hr drive to St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, lots of golfing nearby. Great restaurants in the area & quick access to grocery stores, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. This rental definitely satisfied our needs. It was a great home away from home.

Perfect Florida Vacation

We always prefer vacation rentals, vs hotels when we travel with our family and have stayed in several high end homes. This one was one of our top favorites! We had children ages 3-12 who were more then occupied with the pool, board games, kayaking and fishing while at the house, and sleeping arrangements were perfect for them with the bunk beds and portable bed. Location of the house couldnā€™t have been much better. It was 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from several beaches my favorite one near by was the Robert Memorial park which had a playground and small clean beach, right on the ocean but without the impactful ocean waves so our 3 year old could play in the water. Several nature walks near by which we enjoyed. An hour from Clearwater beach which we spent the day at, an hour from Busch gardens, and two hours from universal! Itā€™s close to downtown without the downtown feel. Many local ice cream shops, grocery stores (Publix, Samā€™s club and Walmart) for anything you forgot or to throw food on the grill! Pool was clean, and the patio area was beyond spacious and relaxable atmosphere with small fireplace and lounge seats of all styles. Beds were probably some of the comfiest Iā€™ve slept in while traveling as well. Hosts and owner were extremely responsive when we had a minor hiccup, (we managed to pop a breaker and they showed up within 3 minutes to fix the issue), they went out of their way to drop off fishing poles for our kids to use on the water front property, and had several personal touches throughout the home. We look forward to visiting the area again and re booking!

This house was a beautiful place to stay! They had so many amenities for us. From if you forgot an item baskets to pool items to a snack basket. They had beach items, as well. The pool was heated. We loved all of the wildlife in the backyard. Each bed was a different softness, which is very accommodating for all types of sleepers.

Literally Home Away From Home

This property is everything you could want for your Florida stay. I grew up in FL and one of the things Iā€™ve never liked is the touristy look of vacation homes. This home NAILED being a Florida home without being cheesy. Pictures accurate for sure. Close to shopping and food. Easy access and warm pool. 1 - Cleanliness & Convenience - home was perfectly clean and stocked with all the towels and linens we would need and more. 2 - Supplies & Toiletries - Literally everything you could need if you were in your own home. Every supply provided. Dish pods, laundry pods, soaps, toiletries, even a few snacks! 3 - Coffee Bar - this needs its own spot for sure. Iā€™m a coffee junkie and this was adorable. Flavored syrups, froth wand, Keurig to brew pot or cups, k-cups. Literally everything youā€™d need. Things to know: 1 - small water heater so if you have a large family like us be ready to split up your showers. 2 - Road noise - just know that it is a neighborhood but the house is on a through street. Not an issue for us but if you canā€™t sleep because of cars driving by bring a noise machine or use your phone for white noise. Super responsive owner and property manager. Beautiful

This home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The beds are beyond comfortable. The sofa i need to know where they got it from because I have never sat in a sofa so comfortable before in my life. Put me right to sleep. Lol cindi was awesome. And Iā€™m positive we will book again.
