If you want a relaxing stay in beautiful Blowing Rock, with easy access to all the shopping and restaurants without the hassles of parking, you will love Bark Bungalow.  Tucked away on a quiet one-way side street, half a block from Main Street, Bark Bungalow offers an abundance of rustic charm and a very uniquely crafted interior--wood floors, a gourmet kitchen that would be at home in a house twice this size, a gorgeous dry stack stone gas logs fireplace, a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with a queen, plus two adjoining full baths. Note: Wood is not provided for the fireplace.



For outdoor enjoyment, there is a covered back porch plus a gas grill and a sweet backyard that is totally fenced and private.  



All the shops and restaurants, parks, and trails of the village are literally a stone's throw away--this home is closer to the center of town than most parking places--you can leave your car parked and come back to this cozy and inviting retreat at the end of the day.

Pet Rules: 

Bark Bungalow accepts a maximum of two dogs under 45 lbs or one larger dog.

Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure. Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it.  There is a non refundable and taxable pet fee per dog.

Minimum Age: 25 years old

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late Check-out or Early Check-in at 1:00 PM:  Must be requested and approved 48 hours in advance. A taxable fee for approved Late Check-out and Early Check-in will be applied.

Guest Access:

Guest has access to entire property and yard.

Getting Around:

Walk to shops and restaurants.

Pet friendly, with prior approval only & $100 pet fee. (Dogs only)



4wd Required for winter months



***All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by parents.
