Beachfront living is just a click away! This bright, condo is a perfect choice for families and friends looking for a quiet getaway on Florida's Emerald Coast. Ideally situated on Okaloosa Island, you'll have miles of sugar-white sands and Gulf waters as your backyard. Shopping, dining, and entertainment along the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk is just a short drive away. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable inside, while the private patio offers cooling Gulf breezes. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to whip up easy at-home meals. Everyone can dine together at the table set for six.

You will also enjoy access to a shared pool and tennis court during their stay. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Beautiful and Relaxing

It was a great unit. There was plenty of space for 3 people. We loved the large dining space and utilized that a few nights. The property was great and so CLOSE to the beach. Love the beach chairs and umbrella provided for the visit. We only had to pay to add one more chair. Would love to go back!

Perfect Home Away From Home

I've vacationed at various condos on Okaloosa Island, however I enjoyed my stay at Island Echos the most. I loved that the complex is very secure. Parking is near the entrance. The facility is newer and well maintained. My room was very comfy and extremely clean. It has probably gone through a recent renovation. The view from the room is awesome. I would definitely rebook a condo at Island Echos. Also, the email commination with VACASA was professional and they communicated with me every step of the process for booking to check-out.

The location of the condo was perfect. Check in was very easy. Condo was clean except there were two dishes that had dried food on them in the cabinet. Looked like maybe the dishwasher didnā€™t get them completely clean. Kitchen could have used some food storage containers. Overall we enjoyed our visit and will stay again when in the area.

Nice stay be careful with bedroom window.

We had a wonderful stay just a few things to say bad.When we arrived code did not work but called customer service they got it fixed right away. The bedroom window in master looked like it was going to fall out sooo no night waves for sleeping. Did not want to touch it. Other than that this condo was great. Everything you need. Beds were amazing would love to have brought it home lol. The unit was clean. Great view from the balcony. Wifi was good, air conditioner worked great. No washer in unit but there are pay machines down stairs. Complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs were also a nice touch. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at several beach condos and this was similar. It is beachfront but the balcony is inset in the building so view is slightly obstructed by the other parts of the building. Building was clean and well cared for. Beach was beautiful but does not have shells. Overall good experience just not the best location for my personal family and what we enjoy.

Great home away from home

This home is exactly what is pictured! Within minutes of everything in town and so close to all the popular places in Destin. Felt so homie. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. Down fall is there isnā€™t any kind of Tupperware and very little cleaning products; no mop and/or broom and dust pan. Outlet plugs were plenty but you have to find the ones that work along with the light switches that work. If you are maken a small trip (2-3) days you are covered in all essentials. However if your planing to stay longer toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwashing liquid are going to need to be brought or bought. There is a laundry mat that has cameras in the area incase you need to wash clothes! We loved this place so much we are already talking about going back! We will know this next time to bring a broom/mop and tupperwar
