The open interior has been thoughtfully upgraded with a sleek kitchen, detailed with a full suite of appliances and a three-seat breakfast bar. Serve favorite meals at the dining table for six. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the living room with natural light. Stretch out on leather furniture and stream TV shows after a full day of beach adventure. Home away from home!

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience! This vacation rental exceeded all expectations. It was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Being oceanfront, it offered breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The pools were awesome, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some fun in the sun. The owners were incredibly communicative, ensuring every detail was addressed and making our stay seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental for an unforgettable getaway! My family had an incredible vacation here. We are already talking about when we can come back! 10/10!!

Loved the condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well furnished and clean. The view of the beach was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view, could've been cleaner, dealt with construction

Overall we had a fine stay here. Upon entering we noticed a large hole in wall by wash machine, wash machine area was also dirty and inside it has scum build up and mildew smell. The beds had the crunchy plastic wrap under sheets so we had to remove those for noise and they also had no heavy blankets or comforters, luckily each of our kids brought their blankets. The closet in main room was gross carpet and dirty. Everything else in condo was up to par. Construction went on all week that we were not informed about, 8am knocking noises out our slider and loud machinery. Contacted Vacasa and never heard back, not the greatest communication there. Also the closest steps to pool was closed down. Other families in other buildings also complained about construction and got money back from owners. View was beautiful and pool area was very nice, however the smallest pool was heated so it was always packed (SB). Beach area very nice and accessible. Condo in the east side of PCB which is quieter and less busy. For the money it was fine for our family for week.

Girls Weekend

This place was great. Great location. The unit was very clean. The view was perfect. Will book this place again very soon. I was disappointed the Tiki bar wasn't open while there but maybe next time it will be.

Great location!

Location was great and easy to access the beach. Parking was no problem. Pools were great and very clean. Condo kitchen was well equipped, but the KCup coffee maker didn’t work - we used the regular drip maker. Master bedroom king bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Other beds were fine. Condo was very clean and well organized. I’d definitely stay here again but bring a mattress topper for the bed!

17th Family Vacation

We’ve been staying at the Dunes for the past 17 years. Our daughter got married there on the beach and we have been coming back every year now for 17 years. The grandkids consider it their second home.

The location of this home is fabulous. I loved that it had 2 bedrooms and was close to the pool and ocean. So many things that were wrong though, way more things wrong than right.

Dunes of Panama experience

We had the possibility to stay at this rental mid of January 2023. We liked that it was spacious and clean but the bathrooms were very small but functional. We had major problems with the keyless entry which is a 10 digit (why 10 digits?, 4 or 6 are really sufficient) code. At arrival it took 1 1/2 hours to get in which was only possible after contacting Vacasa several times and then have Chris (maintenance person) come over to let us enter. No, I didn’t put in the wrong code, we have sufficient experience with this kind of locks. We were given a new 10(!) digit code within a couple of hours by the property manager. We had problems also with the new code, it took us almost every time several tries and long minutes before being able to enter. Very often the lock just closed down after entering 5 or 6 digits (the correct ones, my husband and I made sure of it). Also, it was very cold, around the freezing mark during this time. Unfortunately there were no comforters available, only sheets. We were thankful that the heating did a good job, still during the night a warmer cover would have been nice. Why not put some comforters/warm blankets in a sealed bag in the closet and you need to wash them only after the bag is opened? In addition the sheets barely fitted the mattress and some cases for the pillows were too small. Wi-Fi was spotty and sometimes really slow, only available in the living room. The TVs didn’t work and for that we also called maintenance who fixed it. Maintenance must have come in a couple of days later to fix something at the TV in one of the bedrooms. We had no knowledge of that except a running TV and a moved chair when coming back. A note or any other info would have been nice. I do have to give the maintenance person (Chris), Vacasa customer service and the management person (Alexis) high points in supporting us to get entry in the apartment. But these things shouldn’t happen. We still had a good vacation but I could have done without these problems.

Cleaning folks did a poor job as there was sand on furniture and the balcony was not swept. Both coffee pots did not work properly. Overall the room was nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. We would stay again.

Great beach view

The location is perfect! The beach and pool are amazing!! The cable did not work properly and there were a few cosmetic issues in the condo. All in al we enjoyed our stay loved the resort and amenities!! Will be back to see what other units offer!

Overall good

Loved the location and ease of beach access. Condo was well stocked and living room was nice. The shower in main bedroom had a very low ceiling so if you’re over 6 foot, you won’t fit. Needs bathroom update for sure as the fan in there sounds like it’s dying and the toilet runs for a long time after flush. We love The Dunes of Panama as it’s location is perfect, but we may look for a different condo at the resort for our next stay.

Beautiful view

The view and location is spectacular. Made going to the beach enjoyable. Elevators were never a long wait. The grounds are exceptionally clean. However, upon arrival the condo was disgusting. Dust everywhere, dirt, blood stain on pillow case, freezer and fridge were disgusting. I had to go out and buy bed sheets, laundry detergent and cleaner to clean the condo before any of us could feel comfortable. Beds were okay. We had an infant (4months) with us and 2 seniors my husband, myself and 2 other kids ages 6 & 8. The pool was clean. I will say this, getting a hold of Vacasa was hard and inconvenient. There was a problem in the living room with the cable box and dune of Panama had it fixed for us but it’s not their property this condo is owned by Vacasa not dunes of Panama. This one isn’t horrible but next time we would rent directly with dunes of Panama. After we finally spoke to someone about the cleanliness, a cleaner was supposed to be coming and never did. Vacasa did refund us for all the supplies I had to buy and we used that money towards another discounted night. So, Vacasa did attempt to rectify it. I felt like the extra night should have just been comped since our first night was ruined by cleaning and washing laundry. But, I made the most of it and enjoyed my stay with my family.

Great location

Love that we were on 1st floor which is 2nd floor. Below is additional parking. Great view of the pool and good ocean view. The walk to the beach is not as far as the pictures show. We would visit this place again. Nice pools too.

We enjoyed our stay at Dunes of Panama. We received updates about our stay each week along with the check in process. The beach was amazing as was the pool and other amenities. I would highly recommend booking C104 for a beach vacay!!

Decent Time

Nice unit. Unfortunately the people who stayed before us failed to inform the management there was a problem with the shower faucet that would not turn off and just turned off the hot water heater to stop it and left. When we arrived and found the issue we reported it. The problem was quickly resolved. We were even reimbursed a day for the inconvenience.. the management was very supportive and cooperative. We would stay here again.
