This unit offers 1,000 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with views of the gulf, a Smart television w/DirectTV, and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, Smart television w/DirectTV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has both a full-size bed, as well as a twin, and its own Smart TV w/Direct TV, and the second full bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Additionally, the living room sofa pulls out into a Queen size bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer inside the unit for your use.

Important Notes:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Parking passes are required and must be picked up on-site. There is no additional charge. A max of 2 passes per reservation will be issued in the months of June, July, & August per HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
