Step into a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo directly located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions

This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and a bonus twin bed with trundle bed underneath it. The 2nd bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!

The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.

The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!
Pets under 35 lbs will be considered for a fee of $150.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

We’ve stayed at Dunes nearly every summer for the past 20 years and never been disappointed. This particular condo was very nice with lots of little extras which made our stay very enjoyable. Well located within the building so we were easily able to use the stairs rather than the elevators when we chose to. Beautiful view of one of the pools and of the beach. We would definitely recommend.

Everything was wonderful. Just as we remembered as we have stayed here before.Plenty of kitchen utensils,cooking items etc. One thing I would mention is the showers are great but very slippery. O like how nice they were remodeled. Will definitely recommend and we will be back.Thank you

This is the first time we were on the ground floor. It was convenient for us and the dog. It was a beautiful condo very clean and nice enjoyed are stay. Great location away from the noise down town. It was very relaxing. Loved the beach pools were nice. Very friendly atmosphere

I love Dunes of Panama and this was another great unit there. The check in process was easy, the condo was very cute with beach vibe decor and a nice large balcony. The only thing I would change is the balcony chairs. The cushions are hard and wore out making the chairs uncomfortable but other than that, I had a great stay. Love that it is pet friendly and no blue tooth wars on the beach at the Dunes. Just a very nice and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again:)

One Week Isn’t Enough

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather was wonderful. Thank you for providing dish soap and other amenities like TP till we could get to the grocery. Nice condo on the beach! Great view of ocean from the balcony and not a long walk to the beach! Pools were really nice as well.

B107 Dunes of Panama - Exactly as Described

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures were totally accurate. An excellent stay with very minor concerns. Upon arrival we checked in and went to buy groceries. Upon return with milk, eggs, meat etc. the refrigerator was 48 degrees and the freezer was 15 degrees. I panicked because we were staying 2 weeks and I had spent quite a bit at the store. I called, texted and emailed the management company with no response until the next day saying it could take 24-48 hours for them to “cool down”. Possibly this info could be posted somewhere or a return call could have been made to us before the next day. The floors needed to be cleaned while everything else was great. The washer/dryer was not full sized but worked great with small loads. Our email instructed us to check in at office A, a construction worker told us the office was closed on Saturday. We went to office C to get parking hang tags. Email said we would get gate codes for the 14 days, we called and was told to call Dunes office. Dunes office said gate is staffed 24/7. Any concerns would be with the management company, not the condo.

Cute place! We’ve been staying at The Dunnes for the past several years and have always loved it. The place was clean and comfy! The only issue was there was a very distinct smell when we entered. It did get better as the week went on.

Great place to stay!

Exceeded expectations for the price. Very clean and comfortable, with lots of property amenities. The master bathroom could use a little updating compared to the rest of the condo, but certainly not a deal breaker. The balcony view was beautiful and access to the beach was quick and easy. The pools were nice too. Will definitely consider this rental again for our yearly PCB trips, as we all really enjoyed our stay here.

Love this Condo

Love so much about this Condo and property. It is clean, quiet, well maintained and a great location. It’s a way from Front Beach but close enough to get to. Stayed many, many places but this is where I’ll be staying from now on . Lived B107!

The place so clean pools was clean and well taken care of people was friendly ...had issues with Internet called them and they fixed it fast ..great place would come back again ..

The room was nice but not clean. There was construction noise from A building. There was no hot tub and the tiki hut was only open a few hours in 7 days. The beach was beautiful!

The agent was excellent in trying to get me what I booked for. Not her fault we had to change but would have whether been where I could see the ocean better.

Great location

This room was great for our family! Had everything we needed and enjoyed being close walk to beach and pool. The only thing I would take stars away for it cleanliness. Some areas could have used some more attention and cleaning. Overall we loved our stay here. No noise complaints and our first time being lower level at the beach and we really enjoyed it.

Great Vacation

The check in was painless, our condo was stocked with all we needed even down to fans for noise. Had a couple things to tear up during our stay. They were repaired quickly and very respectful young men. The property around the pool and restroom could have been cleaner. Toward the end of our stay it got better

From arrival to departure:Check-in and arrival- easy, no issuesUnit- kitchen and living area all very nice with everything needed to enjoy our stay.Bedroom # 2 was very nice. 2 fans available in the closetMain bedroom- the mattress is awful, uncomfortable, sunken in, with extra soft king sized pillows;(. 2 fans provided in the closet that came in handy as the room stays very warm. Condo was wonderful ! Paid extra to check in early but cleaning crew was still there upon check in called management and they were rude and did nothing about it . Also paid for xtra day and they had a person to come and fix issues from previous stay Aj’s didn’t inform us period intruding on our last day stay not good . But the condo itself was great . Management wasn’t .
