Spacious 5b/3b Home with Jetted tub 10 guests

The city experienced an emergency water shut down and with no warning to anyone, some areas were affected. This was out of the host control, nevertheless we offered another location, free of charge for temporal bathroom needs as soon as the guest brought it up to our attention but the guest rejected thus she was comfortable enough in the location. Jessica also got a very early check in access free of charge prior to the water incident of the next day but I guess she doesn't deem that worth mentioning. As a guest, Jessica knew quite well she only booked and paid fees that covered for 4 people total at the property though she knew she was coming to town to socialize with lots of others. Trying to squeeze in others into the reserved home without appropriate registration, fees and services is going to lead to more usage of the home which will be more cleaning task for the cleaner more than cleaner bargained for, home has lots of stairs and Jessica seemed to not have ensured her travel, this is a risky move with home insurance company so unfortunately we were not going to put ourselves at such risk we'd rather pay the appropriate charges. This was a whole lot of deceitful way of doing business and letting others bare the cost of one's tricks, just to put food on their table is not kind. We look out for the cleaners and will like for them to experience our business with pleasure. Hopefully Jessica gets to do business the right way with her future travels. Since she was already vexed off for not getting her way, everything both listed on the app and even regular home mechanisms seem to then become a problem or an object of suspicion with added complaints we are now hearing for the first time. No amount of explanation from us could helped the way Jessica had chosen to feel and she turned around and quietly placed a charged back to her bank for her entire reservation so as to get a free stay. Not a sincere move. luckily we caught it on time. Hopefully she gets to feel better and utilize a home exactly for what she booked it for.
