We had such a great stay. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The house had ample space for all. Lots of games like shuffle board, horseshoes, corn hole, air hockey, foosball and 2 game tables. The kids were never bored. I loved the gas fireplace in the living room & the kitchen was nice. It had all of the utensils and cookware needed. There was a burn ban, so we couldn’t use the fire pit outside, which was a bummer. Overall we had a great stay! The kids already want to go back

Communication w/host was always very quick. Beautiful cabin and lots of space for the kids to run to give my wife and I some peace. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again. Very close to everything in Beavers Bend

The host was super quick to respond to anything I asked. The house was roomy, welcoming, and the kitchen had everything I could ask for. The teenagers enjoyed the hot tub a lot. Great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Easy to get to even for smaller cars. Arcade games and air hockey were a big plus.

Overall, we were very pleased with the cabin. It’s a little older than others we’ve stayed at in Broken Bow before, so there’s some wear, but still felt clean and comfortable. Great sleeping arrangements, and lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. In a great central location as well.

Communication and check-in were super easy, and Keely was very helpful. This cabin is spacious, well-kept, and has a large backyard. Kids loved all the games and activities. The location is great, and we hope to come back to this same spot!!

This comfortable, cozy cabin is perfectly located for a family who wants to be close to everything but still have that cabin in the woods feel. We enjoyed playing games and cooking in the kitchen. Communication with our hosts was excellent. I got a prompt response to any question I had. I would definitely recommend this cabin. 5 stars!

We had a great time at this cabin. The host gave us clear instructions and responded to us quickly. A lot of beds and amenities, 2 arcades, foosball table, air hockey table, my kids did not get bored inside our outside. There's plenty of woods in the backyard to explore, the hot tub was clean and working well.Property was clean, plenty of towels for everyone and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. The property looks on the older side but it's well maintained.

Our stay was exceptional. The cabin was spotlessly clean, cozy, and even better than the photos suggested. We especially loved the thoughtful amenities: the fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings, and the hot tub was a dream after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway. We can't wait to return!

July 4th Stay

Highly recommend this cabin. Close to everything in hochatown and yet you feel secluded in the trees. Very clean! Hot tub was wonderful after kayaking. The kids loved all the games. Wonderful shower pressure too!

Do NOT stay at this location! I have been staying at cabins in Broken Bow for the past eight years. And this was the WORST ever! Upon immediate arrival, the hot tub does not work. While the owner did see to having a maintenance man come promptly the next day, and he “fixed it”. But then, it smelled like fish, and the inside of the tub was slimy. I am certain it was not clean for quite some time. Also, the ice maker did not work, and there were no ice trays left in place of a broken icemaker. Then, some sort of a problem with the AC. It went on some sort of a “hold” that left the inside temperature being 79 degrees inside (month of August) while outside was 71, and the thermostat temperature was set on 68. These were the most significant problems, but trust me there were more, like uncleanliness, spiderwebs, and insects everywhere and a very foul odor coming from the septic. I understand the Owner expressed that she was new at this, but still until “you” as the owner ensure the house is ready before the next booking you should NOT book it. I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET HOME!!! So disappointed (And I have pictures as evidence to prove all of these points plus more)Ps: none of the TVs worked with DIRECTV or whatever Internet service except for the one in the living room.

My wife and I took our four kids up for a long weekend (15, 13, 10, 7). This was an excellent place for families. There are plenty of beds (2K, 2F, 2T). Four of the beds are in a loft with a TV and lots of games, a GREAT place for kiddos. Downstairs are more games, comfy furniture, a gas fireplace and TV. It was a little chilly to spend much time outside while we were ther, but there was a screened area with TV and gas fireplace to hang out in alongside a nice fire pit, hot tub, horseshoe pit and cornhole boards.The place was very nice, clean, comfortable and perfectly located near area attractions and good restaurants while still being in a quiet area.Our host, Keely, was SUPER attentive. She reached out before hand to help make sure we had directions to find the place easily and multiple times during to ensure our stay was going well.We'll definitely keep this place in our "favorites" for next time!!

Great property and communication!

The property was very nice! We enjoyed the game room/bunk room upstairs. The kids stayed up there the majority of the time and felt like they had their “own space”. The hot tub was nice! It was very warm outside (100 degree days) so we didn’t turn on the jets and it was a perfect temp and some relaxed in the tub and others sat at the table outside and visited. We had 2 in their 70’s, 2 in their 40’s and two kids 9 and 12. We all enjoyed the stay! Very clean kitchen, living, washer and dryer, bathrooms and bedrooms. We didn’t utilize the outside extra room but I could definitely see us utilizing it in the winter if you go then. There was some trouble on our end with scheduling and Kelly was very responsive and kind to try and accommodate us. All in all it was a great first of many visits to this area! It was about 9 minutes to the nearest launch/lake access down Carson creek which I wish would have discovered earlier because there was not very many in this area. And then 10 or so minutes to Steven gap area. At this cabin you will not run into much traffic so you don’t have to worry about that. About 3 minutes from grate pizza which I highly recommend (authentic pizza oven pizza). We are from Louisiana and if you want authentic Louisiana food then shuck me ( 4 minutes away) is the place to go!!! All and all it was an amazing trip!!! Highly recommend this area and cabin if visiting broken bow/hochatown area! Thank you keely!!

This stay was disappointing and affected what was supposed to be a special birthday trip.The AC went out the first night, making the upstairs so hot that the kids had to move downstairs to sleep. The host did have it repaired the next day and provided a partial refund, which we appreciated, but it did not make up for the disruption and discomfort.Unfortunately, this was only one of several issues. The advertised grill was old, rusted through internally, falling apart, and did not feel safe to use, so we had to change our dinner plans. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, leaving us without a practical way to wash them before departure.We enjoyed having access to the hot tub and Pac-Man game, but they were not fully functioning. Only one of the hot tub’s three modes worked, and the Pac-Man game was missing part of the controller. The pull-out couch bed was dirty, the kitchen faucet was so worn that it would pull itself down and turn on, and the master bathroom toilet did not work correctly without manually pushing down the fill valve.We appreciated that the property allowed a pet, but pet-friendly should not mean guests have to compromise on cleanliness, maintenance, or overall quality.The home felt neglected overall, with worn furniture, cobwebs, and pine needles filling the roof and gutters. While the host was responsive about the AC, the number of maintenance and cleanliness issues made this stay fall short of expectations.

Had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend. It is very close to all the restaurants and attractions. It is well stocked. We would stay again.
