Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Recently updated and featuring all the amenities one would want in a mountain vacation home. Dog-Friendly Unit. The property includes a clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub and pool, an indoor hot tub and pool, a sauna, and a game room. Located just a few short blocks from Main Street Frisco.

This beautiful and recently updated 2-bedroom condo overlooks Ten Mile Creek and is located just a few blocks from Main Street Frisco. It boasts all the amenities needed to enjoy a mountain getaway, including a wood-burning fireplace, a deep soaking bathtub in the master bathroom, a washer/dryer, a garage, and several decks overlooking the creek. The full kitchen has all the appliances and utensils one would need to entertain.

The master bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic king bed and its own private bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a low-flush toilet. There is also a new flat-panel HD TV in the master bedroom, along with an iPod dock. The guest bedroom has a twin and double bed, along with its own private bathroom. This bedroom is located on a lower level of the condo.

You are just steps away from all the adventure this county has to offer. Step out the door and cross-country ski or snowshoe in the winter on the nearby rec path, hop on the free bus to one of the ski resorts, or visit the new Frisco Adventure Park, including a super fun tubing hill. In the summer, there are several trailheads nearby, the long rec path for a bike ride or walk, and the Frisco Marina is always a great place to visit. After a long day of adventure, come back and sit by the fire or hop in the outdoor hot tub just steps from the front door. There is also an indoor hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, game room, and small exercise room. This is the perfect condo in the perfect mountain town, no matter the season.

This condo is also within walking distance of many Frisco restaurants, retail shops, and activities. Summit Stage is just a short walk away and provides a free shuttle bus throughout Summit County. Close to I-70, you are just 25 minutes from Vail. It's a wonderful location to spend a longer stay during the fall and spring. The location was excellent,however the unit is worn and tired. Living room furniture and carpet need replacing,lamp shades were missing and/or stained, window shades were missing and/or broken. If these issues are addressed we would love to return,we enjoyed the backyard and location.

6 week stay

We (plus our dog) stayed 6 weeks and it was great overall. The location really canā€™t be beat with a short walk to main st and easy access to the rec path and several trails. It was also great having access to a garage to keep the car out of the snow. The garage is manual but definitely better than no garage at all! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the wood burning fireplace is lovely (and firewood is provided), it was great to be so close to the pool/hot tub (no gym) and Skyrun is super responsive by text. To echo some prior reviews, storage could be improved. Some closets/cabinets are locked up and much of what is open is already full with various appliances, extra linens, and owner belongings. Overall the pros definitely outweighed any challenges and weā€™d happily stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a great base camp for mountain adventure with family and a great place to bring a dog. It has walkability in Frisco with the free buses to nearby areas also within walking distance. Weā€™d definitely stay again!

Well stocked kitchen - lots of natural light and plenty of room. Most of the closet space was locked up or filled with extra linens so not a lot of place to hang things up

Good rental condo on the west side of Frisco

My wife and I (and our dog) stayed at the condo in early July, and for the most part, we were pleased with the place. It was clean and for the most part well-kept. There were a couple of short-comings that impacted our stay. First, we were never able to find a remote for the Bluray player, and we couldn't find an actual Play button on the player, so we weren't able to watch any DVDs/Blurays. Also, only about half of the windows that opened had screens in place. The rest had some odd plexi-glass that prevented any kind of airflow. In fact, none of the windows in the primary bedroom had any screens, so the nights were quite stuffy and warm there. Other than these inconveniences, the location was good, and we liked being right next to Ten Mile Creek.

Great location!

We loved our stay here! It was great being able to walk into Frisco for breakfast or dinner. My kids loved that the pool, hot tubs, and pool table were just steps out the door. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek. We even saw a moose in the parking lot hanging out by the pool on our first day! It was also an added bonus that our beloved Goldendoodle could join us on our vacation. We would definitely come again!

Nice condo close to downtown

The condo was close to downtown, clean, very cool view of Mount Royal. Pictures make it seem a little more ā€œbrightā€ than it is but still very spacious. The pool and game room are a great addition too! Our family loved the stay!!

Overall very good. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of supplied spices and tools for in-house cleaning. a few minor items but worth mentioning: The shower head in the main upper bathroom needs replacing. It leaked and caused water to leak into the bathroom ceiling below, so we opted to only use the basement shower. The coffee maker needs replacement - the nozzle was missing so each fresh pot left a large puddle of coffee on the counter. The layout was a bit dated, once inside we were greeted at the entryway with multiple doors and a very narrow staircase to the (upper) main level. I was surprised that the garage was attached yet not accessible from the inside of the unit. The unit was comfortable and clean and we would stay again.
