Blue Searenity is a beautiful beach home in the quiet upscale Lakeside community at Blue Mountain Beach, on 30A. The Lakeside community is directly behind Red Fish Village and adjacent to Big Redfish Lake and Point Washington State Forest.

The home has a spacious open floor plan which includes 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. A large fully stocked kitchen (with a dual drip and k-cup coffee maker) and an eat in counter with 4 stools overlooks the spacious living room with 2 sofas, a large flat screen TV and a dining area with a large dining table that seats 8. Also on the first floor there is a powder room, a bedroom with a King size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite. The main front door porch has a large swing great for an afternoon nap and 2 rocking chairs perfect for relaxing.

Upstairs you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The hallway leads to 3 more bedrooms. A bunk room with bunk beds that includes 1 twin size, 1 full size and 1 twin size trundle and a bathroom that connects onto the hall area.
Also off the hallway is a sitting/TV area that connects to a 2nd bedroom with a King size bed and en-suite, as well as a very large master suite with King size bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite. Also off the master suite is a porch with beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood.

The private backyard area has an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, and a BBQ grill.

We are a short 5 minute walk or quick bike ride to Blue Mountain beach access and the clear, pristine white sand beaches of the Emerald coast of Florida. The neighborhood pool is across and around the corner just a 1-2 minute walk and is heated during cooler months and cooled during hotter ones. The pool area includes restrooms, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more are included as well as free WIFI (Beach towels are not included). The walking and/or biking beach access path from the Lakeside neighborhood is through the Redfish Village complex (just 2 homes east of us) and just steps away from Blue Mountain Creamery. We are also a pleasant short bike ride or drive to Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside Village.

Kayak or paddle board rentals are available close by for use on the local dune lakes or the Gulf of Mexico. Golf cart rentals are also available close by and can be delivered and picked up to and from the home. There is so much to do in the area without ever getting in your car!
We are also a short drive to Destin and Panama City Beach.
