Excellent Reviews! This beautifully decorated home with an open floor plan is ideal for family or friends to gather. Soothing coastal motif with a master bedroom on the main (king), second master upstairs (king), 2 additional guest bedroom suites (kings), and a bunk room that sleeps 2 extra in twin beds. 2 fireplaces and 3 porches make this new home the perfect summer or off-season retreat! Great amenities include two community pools, tennis courts, complimentary beach chair service for 2 during high season, 6 back pack Tommy Bahama chairs to use, ice machine, separate laundry units on each floor, carport, wifi, fully loaded kitchen, upstairs morning bar and 2nd floor siting area with TV. Elegant, yet comfortable. Big-screen TV in main living room with DVD and surround sound. Flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms. Gas grill area off screened porch.

Please note: Boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed- Ask us about offsite parking for those items. Discounted Golf cart available- ask host after booking. Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.

Wonderful Week at Grayton Breeze

Our week at Grayton Breeze was filled with family time with our adult children, beautiful beach time, and time to relax and catch up with one another on the screened in porch. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. Grayton Breeze is a lovely home!

This home is absolutely perfect! It’s incredibly well done with all the extras to make your stay easy. It’s in a great area. It has private beach access. In a quiet neighborhood. Close to great food and activities. Perfect!

This house was perfect. It was very well kept and clean. There was an very well supplied kitchen. The beds were were very comfortable. It could easily accommodate 2 families and provide some privacy/separation as the upstairs has a second W\D and kitchenette area. Short walk to the beach. 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided. The dune lakes are amazing for kids. Would highly recommend. Would come again 100%.

Great House on 30A

Wonderful home, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you'll need. Even came with beach towels and other beach gear which made packing for the trip much less of a hassle! Great home for two families with plenty of room for everyone!

The Perfect Vacation Home

We first stayed at this house in the summer of 2022 and loved it so much that we booked again for this summer. Both trips were amazing and I can’t say enough positive things about this house. We have been vacationing on 30A for the last 15 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed. From the space to all things needed for staying in a home with a big family, this house checked all of the boxes. 2 laundry rooms, bunk beds, outdoor patio, beach towels, etc. we enjoyed it all! We will definitely be back!

Carefree Indulgence

We loved this elegant classically decorated beach house. The floor plan is wide open with a huge kitchen w/island seating , extra-large tv lounging area & spacious dining . The master bedroom is a wonderful oasis, and three en suite bedrooms offer privacy around a tv area on the second floor. With a private beach just a pleasant nature walk away we had little time to enjoy the pools or tennis/pickle ball courts. Already looking forward to next year.

Beautiful home

Spacious enough for our 2 families! Beautifully decorated! Any problems we had, were immediately addressed by the property manager nearby. The walk to the beach is quite the trek, so please note if you have young kids. Also, when you get off the boardwalk you have to walk through some of the lighter sand which can be difficult, esp for the littles. Loved the 2 chairs and umbrella that’s set up and provided. As well as the “backpack” chairs and beach towels for your use.

Family Beach gathering

it has been several years since the whole family was able to go to the beach; so we had high expectations. This house was the perfect size and amenities to accommodate our size. Everyone loved the king sized beds and mattresses were very comfortable. I needed a well stocked kitchen and we used it every day. Ice maker was nice convenience! we used the porch in the morning. and the grill at night, (gas ran out once). chairs for the beach came in handy. and the kids loved the pool. Maybe we can come back again. would like use of the bicycles. bible in the nightstand was also comforting.

Amazing house!

This is the best house in the preserves in my opinion and we've stayed in a lot of houses in this neighborhood. The kitchen is perfect for big families to cook, snack and gather. Everything is well appointed and Donna the property manager is so helpful, friendly and responsive.

Stunning home in a beautiful neighborhood

Our family of 9 (all adults) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This home was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was truly fully stocked with items as nice as those you would have at home. There were so many extra touches that made our stay so lovely. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and fireplace for morning coffee. The ice machine also came in handy! The kitchen table seated 8 and was perfect for dinners and family game nights! They also provided nice beach chairs, towels and a wagon to tote it all in! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house! It was spotless and had many extras!

This house was beautiful and so very clean! We have rented other homes in the area and along 30A and this was by far the BEST! And so many extras…beach towels, beach bags, you name. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation!

This house is the best house we have stayed in this area. Our families of 4 adults and 4 children stayed for two weeks very comfortably and we did not want to leave. We have stayed in this neighborhood for the past 3 years every summer and really love the quiet streets, pools, and private beach. The chairs/umbrella set up that come with this house was a huge plus! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could possibly think of, including multiple coffee makers (including k-cup). We absolutely loved the large dining room table that comfortably sat all of us for all our gathering meals and card games. The only downsides we had did not detract from our 5-star rating of the house: no indoor locks on any bedroom doors or half bathroom downstairs, ceiling fans did not work well/too loud, mattress in downstairs master did not fit all the way to headboard. Another thing to note is the walk to the beach. It is a very nice walk on a shaded boardwalk with no stairs; however, it does take about 10 minutes at a fast pace with no children or about 20 minutes with children and a normal beach haul. The sand is wonderful, but the soft/dry sand after boardwalk is difficult to walk through. Once we got to our chairs and in the magical ocean, it was glorious.

Fabulous house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Great location, close to everything but still felt quiet and secluded. Very comfortable for our large group. A few minor issues were quickly addressed by manager Donna. Our week went by far to quickly!

"Practically perfect in every way"

To take a line from Mary Poppins, this home was just that. We were so happy to vacation at this lovely home that is fully equipped with everything you could need if you love to cook and dine together during your vacation. This home is super comfortable, clean, and beautiful! We loved staying here and look forward to return next year!

Perfect Vacation!

This was by far the best rental property I have ever stayed at! The home was super clean, had all the amenities you could need, and was in the perfect location to beach, pool and restaurants. Spring Break Bliss!

We had an incredible week for Spring Break 2022! We are regular 30A visitors and this ranks as one of our favorite beach house rentals ever! Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to see that the beach house recently went through a big renovation. Despite a few bumps that were quickly resolved, we had wonderful time. The property manager is very responsive and attentive. The house is equipped with everything you would ever need - and then some! The neighborhood is private and quiet - gated so that there is not any traffic. You cannot see the Gulf or the beach from the house, which is the only drawback to the house. The walk to the private beach access is about 10 mins (we clocked it), and kids and adults handled it just fine. The beach area is adjacent to Grayton State Park - so, very open and not crowded. The beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) in included with the house is very convenient. We got the beach attendant's name and phone number from the owners information, and that helped with communications. The two pools and "fitness center" in the private neighborhood are just fair - definitely not a highlight, but good enough to take a dip and cool off after the beach, if needed. We hope to come back!

Beautiful home

This vacation home is the most gorgeous home we have ever stayed at. Everything you need from comfort, pools, beach towels, boogie boards, beach wagon and a fully stocked kitchen! The beach is absolutely gorgeous, water crystal clear and the sunsets are amazing! Enjoyed seeing sharks, dolphins and manta rays! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Family Reunion par Excellence!!!

Grayton Breeze and SEA to sea were outstanding for our large family this year. Everyone was amazed at the properties from location to the tasteful decor and how the houses were equipped. Especially enjoyed by our young adults was the “Sky Bar!” The short walk to the Emerald Coast Grayton Beach was easy as well as the walk to nearby coffee house, restaurants and ice cream shop. The special touch of the beach chairs and umbrellas which were set up each day provided a base for the group and their beach stuff. Overall a great experience and will be remembered as one of the best locations for our family reunion.
