LIVING ROOM
- Leather couches and recliner, gas fireplace, 58" Roku TV (bring your own logins for streaming Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime), blankets, board games, and books

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including:
- Drip coffee maker and tea kettle (bring your own coffee/tea)
- Pots, pans, plates, cups, baking sheets, silverware, cooking/baking utensils, basic spices, and plastic tableware for kiddos
- Blender, toaster, crock pot, hand mixer

BEDROOM 1
- Queen bed, Roku TV (bring your own logins for streaming Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime), black-out curtains, ceiling fan, noise/sound machine.
- Attached full bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub

BEDROOM 2
- Queen bed, Roku TV (bring your own logins for streaming Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime), DVD player, black-out curtains, ceiling fan, noise/sound machine
- Opens out onto screened porch

OUTSIDE SPACES
- Large screened porch with rocking chairs, porch swing, and gas grill
- Lower level, open air patio with hot tub and porch swing

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer.

Guest access
You have complete access to the entire cabin. The front door has an electronic lock and you will receive your entry code two days prior to check-in.

What items do we supply?
- Linens (4 bath towels per bathroom, bed linens, hot tub towels)
- Starter supply of: coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and travel size toiletry items (shampoo, hand and body soap).
- Please plan to bring any additional supplies that you will need for the entire duration of your stay. If you prefer to pick up supplies locally, there is a Food City grocery store 3 miles from the cabin and a Walmart Supercenter 5 miles from the cabin.

Please also note:
- The fireplace is gas and as with all cabins in the area, the fireplace is only operational October through March.
- Bugs and pests are common to mountain life. We contract with a professional pest control company that treats our cabin monthly to help prevent them, but given the wooded area, or if doors are left open, or if food is left out, etc., critter curiosity is inevitable. No refunds will be issued for pests.
- There is construction across the street from the cabin so there may be some noise due to the construction activity.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
