Enjoy the sea air and take in the nautical vibe of this bright and inviting carriage house located in Central Galveston. Hip-Nautic - Carriage House is perfect for your island getaway. Its two bedrooms both include king beds. This freshly updated pet-friendly home is perfect for your island vacation or an extended stay. Or just relax and grill out in the back yard patio. This house has everything you'll need for a fun and relaxing stay in Galveston!
The space
LIVING AREA
Take some down time to relax and enjoy the sofa and loveseat included in th is house. You can sit back with the remote control in hand and enjoy the 50-inch smart TV.

FULL KITCHEN
The full kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator, and microwave, plus all the cookware and cutlery you’re likely to need to prepare a full meal. We also include a coffee bar with drip coffee-maker and Keurig. We even leave you a starter set of Keurig pods for that sleepy first morning.

SLEEPING - KING BEDS!!
Both bedrooms include extra pillows and king-sized beds so you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. You’re sure of a restful and relaxing night’s sleep every night of your stay!

BATHROOM
The full bath includes a tub/shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hand lotion.

PET FRIENDLY
Your pets are always welcome and we do not charge any additional pet fee or deposit.

OUTSIDE SPACE/PATIO
The outdoor patio includes seating for four, a charcoal grill, and a firepit.

First - BRAVO on accepting pets. So often a listing will say they accept pets only to see there’s a weight limit or number limit. Thank you!Property was exactly as listed. Clean and comfortable. Hosts were very communicative. We were even invited to a bbq by the house behind us. Wow!!Because there are not consistent sidewalks, it was a bit dicey walking our dogs.Thats the only small issue - and it was only a small issue. Appreciate the coffee and amenities. Perfect for a weekend away. I would recommend Hip-Nautic !!Thanks Justin and Lindsey!!

Peaceful

From check-in ro check-out everything went smoothly. This house was close to all the things we wanted to do and far enough away to get peaceful sleep at night. Will most likely stay again.

End of the year getaway

Clean and organized! Everything we needed to relax and rest. Neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery and our favorite restaurants. Cozy backyard and private. Check out was super easy. Hosts checked in with us the first morning making sure we had everything we needed.

A few surprises

Unit was clean upon arrival. Sofa and love seat had just been cleaned so they were wet and we were unable to use them for a day. Beds were comfortable. No dressers available and only 4 hangers in each bedroom. However the closets had shelves we were able to use. The bathroom is small but very nice however, there is no exhaust fan and the mirror stays fogged up for quite a while. We also did not know this was an upstairs unit and it was a pain taking the dogs out. It was nice being able to have our dogs with us though. Unit had everything you need. Gulf and attractions were a short drive as well as Walmart and Krogers. Not the best neighborhood but we had no issues.

Girls Trip

This was a great location for our girls trip! It was cute, cozy, and very homie. The beds were very comfy and the house was very clean. The owners were very responsive and made check in easy. We will be back and enjoyed our getaway.

Great property and experience

Very satisfied with everything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. Bed was very comfortable and very quiet and peaceful. Pulling in and out to park was alittle tight but once you figure out how to pull in and out was no problem. Will definitely be staying here or one of their other properties when I visit again.

Close to everything

We walked to the beach daily. We had a car and were thankful for the garage. The bed and pillows were wonderful. We slept in just one king bed even though there was two. It's close to many stores and places to eat. We did lots of shopping, cooking, and everything was there just like at home but it needs some kind of vent somewhere. The TV was great and A/Cs kept the home nice. Lots of towels, closet space, and pillows. These things made our first trip to Galveston enjoyable.

Cute Little Place

Overall we enjoyed our stay, even extended it while we were there. Had everything you could need or want as far as soaps, detergent, coffee, creamer, condiments ect! No real fault of the owners but if you have dogs just know there is no grassy yard area at the location, only rocks in the yard and its not fenced off. You can walk the alley but there are lots of loose dogs running around. There is a park very close with a nice grass area that could also be used. If you're going to grill after sundown bring a light. Theres a nice seating area but its dark unless you use the firepit. Other than that we loved it.

Week long vacation

Had a great stay. Parking is difficult if you have a big vehicle. Everything worked fine. Only real lack is no dining table and the kitchen island is a bit small for more than 2 to eat at. Recommend adding a fold away card table or tv trays. The 2 king size beds are a great selling point- very comfortable.

Quiet Neighborhood

The unit is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Not much traffic. Moody park is within walking distance and our kids loved it.

Very nice! Had everything we needed for the week. The bed was so comfortable!! Great location; within a mile or two of where we wanted to go. Excellent communication with Justin and Lindsey. You can't go wrong staying here!
