Great cabin near Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park

This is a perfect place to experience the wonders of the Rockies. Enjoy all the summer activities you can think of – hiking, boating, fishing, golfing, horse-back riding, mountain biking and much more. Stroll along Grand Lake’s boardwalk, do some shopping, and grab a treat at one of the local ice cream parlors. In the winter, take advantage of cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and downhill skiing in nearby Winter Park. Come home and enjoy the crackle and heat of a fire in the wood burning stove.
The cabin has plenty of room and a floor plan that provides lots of flexibilities for families. The cabin is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The galley kitchen has plenty of room and all the furnishings to cook simple or fancy. The place is fully furnished with bedding, linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The deck includes a grill and outdoor seating. There is a full-sized washer and dryer along with a supply of laundry detergent. With a TV, cable channels, internet, and WiFi you can stay as connected as you want to…or not at all.
Lots of windows all around let you enjoy nature all around. Step right outside onto the large wrap around deck and enjoy the fresh air and sounds of nature. Enjoy the solitude of a morning cup of coffee or cooking dinner on the grill.
The cabin is new to us and something we will be living in much more than renting. We are part of a community that cares deeply about our neighbors and the peaceful natural environment around us. So, if you are looking to find a place to pack in a lot of people and throw loud parties, this is not your place. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to enjoy a great family vacation and years of memories, you will find a home away from home here. Due to covenants, we are only able to rent it out for a minimum of 30 + days at a time. Please do not ask about shorter stays.
Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake.
