But don't let the theme of an era passed fool you! Bristol Breeze has been completely retrofitted for modern living. From stainless steel appliances to flat-screen smart TVs, you'll find this condo checks all the boxes. And don't forget the crown jewel: the 2-minute walk to the beautiful sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach, viewable from the huge sliding glass door in your living room.

This is a ground-floor condo, so waiting on an elevator won't be on your list of things to stand in line for.

**Living Area**

Get lost in the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax in the living room of this condo. A sectional sofa provides seating for four with additional seating for five more at the nearby dining table and kitchen island. Exit directly from your living room outside and take the short stroll to Beach Access #2 and spend your day splashing in the Gulf of Mexico. When it's time to unwind for the evening, catch your favorite show on the huge flat-screen HD TV or use the provided Wi-Fi if you absolutely must send an email while on vacation.

**Kitchen and Dining**

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to create even the most complex recipes. When it's time to dine, two people can eat at the retro diner table with an additional three at the kitchen island.

**Bedrooms and Bathrooms**

This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

The primary bedroom will quickly become your private oasis. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed and direct access to the remodeled full bathroom with a stone standing shower and rainfall showerhead.

The living room couch pulls out to reveal a sofa sleeper, perfect for up to two adults.

Access to the bathroom is also available from the hallway.

**Condo Amenities**

This condo features a stacked washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach. This ground-floor condo is mere steps from the parking area, ensuring you spend more time on the beach and less time waiting for elevators.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash, and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

Step through the sliding glass doors and glide down to Beach Access #2, less than 2 minutes away. If you want to get closer to nature, St. Andrew's State Park is less than a mile away and open to the public.

**Parking**

Guests have access to one unassigned parking space in the open parking area in front of the building.

Girls trip

This property was perfect for our trip, literally steps away from the beach access, it was a perfect location on the quiet east end on PCB and just a few minutes to St. Andrews Park,I highly recommend this cute property.

Steps to the beach!

We stayed at this unit for our 26th anniversary and we loved the fact that it was just steps away from the beach. They have an outdoor shower to rinse off your body and feet before going into your unit which is very nice. It's quite and cozy. We look forward to staying at this location again some day.

Excellent location

This unit is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only knock was it could have been a little cleaner. But overall we enjoyed it, great location very close to the beach and great restaurants. Property manager was very responsive if needed. Would stay here again.

February Visit

The place was very clean with nice appliances and furnishings. The beach was close to walk to and the neighborhood was decent. (However many damaged homes from the tornado were being in the stage of being repaired) It was quiet at this time of year but it was way to windy to just sit on the beach and relax. Very many nice restaraunts were around.

Short and sweet

My bf and I wanted to get away from our day to day for a quick weekend and it was PERFECT. Parking out front was definitely a stress reliever when it came to worrying about our personal vehicle and belongings. Separated enough from everything so that it was peaceful, yet literal steps from the beach! Still close enough to hit up Pier Park and experience all the fun. This is definitely going to be our go-to for the next couple years

Great place with minor inconvenience

We loved the location and how close it is to the beach. Parking right in-front of this condo was very convenient specially for unpacking and packing with two small kids. The sheets and towels were clean and had enough kitchen utensils for our cooking adventure. But please bring your own Toilet paper if you are staying more than one night. We were given quarter of a roll for three nights stay with 4 people and when it ran off the property manager told us that they dont provide anymore toilet paper. This was rude and surprising to us. They should mention it in their rental ad that they dont provide enough toilet paper.

Good prox to beach

Location to the beach great , some neighbors across street not so much . The condo was clean except no mattress protector on stained mattress host did send one after notifying. The couch bed I could feel each spring . Clean over all . A kitchen counter redo repair was scheduled suring our stay with our pet there , I notified and told them no we had a dog and didn’t want to sit and wait at condo on vac so they said they would cancel and the repair guys didn’t get the cancel or something and just showed up thank god we were there or they wouldn’t have came in to our 100 pound dog . We left a few days early but had already run out of clean towels and had a starter roll of TP for A six day stay . The location to walk to beach was great tho .

Nice pet friendly condo

We love this end of the beach and finding a pet friendly rental so close to the ocean was a bonus. There were some maintenance issues that will hopefully be fixed before we return next year, but we definitely plan to stay again. Very cute and comfortable.

Stovetop Fiasco

Overall our stay was great. The only issue we had was regarding the stovetop. It would not heat up our food to cook it. Since we had the kitchen we were in hopes to utilize the stovetop to cook on. One day we had to cook everything in the oven, but the next day breakfast had to be thrown out. So if I graded the stay on the stovetop issue I would give it 3 stars.

Positives: Bed was comfy, ground floor unit, large dogs could stay. Washer/dryer in room. Soliel was nice enough. Price point was competitive. Negatives: spurs/stickers got in our feet, dog’s feet. No good place to potty. Nosy & rude neighbors, no pool or ocean view. Someone had unplugged Wi-Fi and left it hidden. Only shower…no tub. Would be good for an older couple.
