Deer Valley Sunnyside is a wonderful townhome situated in Lower Deer Valley, putting you just a few minutes away from Deer Valley Resort / Snow Park Lodge, offering ski and bike rentals. and easy mountain access. It is located just under a mile to Historic Main Street and just two miles to Park City Mountain Resort. The bus stop for the free Park City Transit is just steps away, letting you take the bus throughout the area!

This multi-level home offers about 3,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.

You can enter the property either through the garage or the front door — and after a flight of stairs you will find yourself in the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area —accentuated by high ceilings and wood floors throughout.

Living Room: The living room offers a leather queen sofa-sleeper, 65” Samsung TV with cable programming and a Sonos soundbar, and access to the large private deck.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range, Fisher & Paykel two-drawer dishwasher, and the convenient kitchen bar has seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining area offers a glass top table and seating for four.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom 1 (upper level): King size bed, 45” HD TV with cable and Sonos soundbar. The private bathroom offers separate vanities, heated floor, bidet, and oversized steam shower with dual shower heads. You'll also find a stacked washer and dryer in the closet and a mini safe in the bedroom closet.

Master bedroom 2 (upper level): King size bed, 45” HD TV with cable and Sonos soundbar. The private bathroom features a dual sink, granite counter vanity and a separate tub/shower combo. There is a mini safe in the bedroom closet.

Bedroom 3/bunk room (main level): Two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, 50” Samsung TV with cable and Sonos soundbar. There is a mini safe in the bedroom closet.

Full shared bathroom on the main level has a granite counter vanity and steam shower.

Fitness Area (first/entry level): Two treadmills, free weights, 45” TV with cable and Sonos. There is also a laundry room on this level with full-size front load washer and dryer, plus a second refrigerator. The entry area offers a bench and coat rack.

Outdoor Deck: A slider door on the main level, with electric blinds, opens out onto a large deck offering a hot tub with an electric gazebo cover. There is a cushioned sofa and chairs around a fire table, along with outdoor dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, a propane heater, and a natural gas BBQ grill. While you benefit from the views of the ski runs during the day, the deck features LED lighting, operated by a UTech remote control, that brings a wonderful ambiance during the evening hours.
