Thank you for the review Debrah! I’m happy you provided us with a 4star! You were alerted of the maintenance coming over during our conversation for the railing when you reported it. I’m surprised you said unannounced when you are aware they were coming. Unfortunately we never got a response from you when I messaged you of the time frame. You expressed your concern mainly for the safety of other guests as your weight could still lean on it. We never got a report about the freezer not working and we would addressed it immediately as we did with the railing. There’s still currently no issues with the freezer prior to or after your stay. Perhaps you didn’t close it properly As per the housekeepers they knocked per routine to advise you they are here and normally stay outside unless invited to come inside. However they wouldn’t let themselves in the unit especially when guest is still inside. Pertaining the cellphone you contacted us roughly 35hours after your stay, stating you believe you may have left the phone in the unit and possibly fell between the couch. I advised you we have guest in-house and cannot enter the unit to search for the phone but would advise them to listen for a call. The following day I reached out to you stating the guest is now in the unit you can call the phone but got no response for several hours and when you finally responded the guest were no longer in the unit. Our guest had all the rights to not allow us in the unit to search for a phone that doesn’t belong to them during their vacation. After they checked out myself and the cleaning crew search thoroughly and did not find the phone. I message you advising that we didn’t find it and got no response.
