We had a great time right in the beach. Only downside was air conditioner filters were disgusting and moldy so the room smelled horribly until i took them out and cleaned them.

Location location location

We loved our stay here. The room is definitely dated but the beachfront location is really worth it. It was amazing to wake up and open the blinds to see an unobstructed view of the bay with a cup of coffee. Sunsets are amazing. Plus that it’s dog friendly!

Great stay with great views

This hotel was great! Our room was spacious and clean. The view from our deck was absolutely stunning! Nothing like walking out of your room and being able to put your toes immediately in the sand and quick stroll to the water.

Just a few minor tweaks to improve the amenities and personal service and then this motel will be worth the price.

Nice beach getaway in N. Truro

Everything was perfect - the room was in very good condition, all supplies were furnished except bring your own food (towels, linens, kitchen utensils and dishes), and the wifi and TV worked fine. The location on the beach could not have been better. The only thing is that the pin pad keyless entry system was way too fussy and nearly always required 3 or more attempts to open the door (at least one other had this same comment).

Great place to stay. Highly recommend

The communications and checkin/checkout was all automated and super easy. The unit was very clean and just as the pictures showed. Right on the beach with a covered balcony & hightop table, beach chairs, firepit ... all right on the water. Lovely. The only thing I would have liked was a hotter shower (but I take super hot showers). Property manager is onsite and really great. They even grow fresh herbs if you are cooking.

Review the new ways of sand bars

Did not like how know one is available in the office at all lots of the same people go every year and we all said the same thing. Also takes to long to book a room getting to corporate. Trash can on the beach stayed full for 3 days that’s not good. The two girls who clean there daily were the only bright spots

Terrible and dishonest customer service

Nothing. The air conditioner made the room smell like stale urine. I called about it. The person said they would be there shortly. They ignored all subsequent calls and texts. Pathetic!!!

Lovely place

My wife and I have been coming to N.Truro since 1990. Our kids are on their own now but they grew up vacationing here since they were old enough to walk. N. Truro is far enough from P Town to enjoy peace and quiet and just a few minutes drive or take the shuttle bus to enjoy all that P Town offers, like picking up some tasty treats for breakfast at the Portuguese bakery . This unit was first rate, clean, right on the bay with a private beach with ample chairs. The property manager is a very nice and helpful guy. My only warning is the beds are very high, and now that we are older, with my wife's arthritic hip she found it very hard to get into the bed, but the property manager found us a step stool that did the trick. I like the location being between Wellfleet and P Town so great restaurants like Lobster Pot and the Bookstore are always on our list. I can't say the prices are cheap any more. I think in 1990 we paid $35/night to stay at the Pagodas at Horizon Beach, but high prices seem to be the norm these days. Highly recommended.

Sandbars August 2022

The good thing was the location, nice beach out front albeit there is some seaweed lining beach up to high tide mark. Grills are a nice touch for cooking outside. Parking was good. Full kitchen was a great thing. But bring trash bags. The bad thing was that screen door kept falling out on porch and lip on floor is kind of sharp. Ran out of tp near end of trip. No on site manager. Fire pits hard to light . Noisy at times

Nice place.

The location was ideal and it was very nice to be able to walk right onto the beach. The room was clean and the area was quiet. Only minor complaints would be our screen door was off, and the shower could have been hotter.

Right on the beach!

Lovely, updated studio apt that opens directly onto beach. There were multiple dog owners in the other units creating a lovely little community.
