Kick back in a beach lounger while dinner sizzles on the grill, and dine alfresco sun-soaked or under the shade of an umbrella. Downtown Provincetown boasts a pleasing array of shopping and dining options, all located just a couple of miles west on 6A.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice beach area, property was clean. Rugs could use a definite refresh though.Overall a good spot. Would stay again. Photos show a firepit. There wasn't one.

Great location

Clean and larger then you think with lots of amenities. I loved stepping out on the beach. Outdoor showers and a nice property. Nice and quiet can't hear next door neighbors. Loved it.

Won't stay again

We had some sort of water issue by the sliding door leading to the beach. Water was so squishy under our feet we had to wear sandals inside the entire time. When we reached out to the manager Will, he said he would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. When he hadn't showed up after 45 minutes, we called him back. He never picked up and he never came over. Our comforter had dog hair all over it and our sheets where put on sideways and pillow cases didnt fit the pillows

Sadly disappointed

When we checked in, we realized that all the carpet was soaked near the back door. It was so soaked that we were forced to wear sandles the whole time inside. We called property manager ASAP and was told He would be over in 15 to 20 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes before calling him again to see where he was. He never answered our call or showed up to assess the situation. Our comforter had dog hair all over it, our sheets were put on sideways and we were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole trip. This room definitely needs some updating, its very dated. Thank goodness for the beautiful beach they had. It definitely saved our trip.

Super cozy and peaceful beach front rental

The second you enter the room you see a beautiful bay side view! The bed was very comfortable and the heat and ac were great. The counter and floors have a few cosmetic imperfections it the place was really clean. The stove top worked great but the oven didn’t really get up to temperature properly so that was the only disappointment. There were a few fire pits that were nice to enjoy in the evenings and quiet hours start at 10pm - which was very appreciated. The shuttle bus to Provincetown runs right by the rental so you can easily hop into town. Overall this was an awesome spot and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and loved ones! ( it is particularly wonderful for families or visitors who have dogs!)

Place was great. Loved the waterfront location. Only comment would be to have some take the beach occasionally. Seaweed was real heavy. Would rent again!

Very nice location, quiet and dog accepted!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We choose this location because it’s dog friendly! Great spot for swimming when the tide is high and you can do a really long walk along the infinite beach! We used the bbq,outside and the fire pit! I just want to go back :)

Perfect for a cape get away

This property is right on the beach (bay side) with easy access for a swim. We had everything we needed for a long weekend visit to the outer cape. Great location for exploring beaches and so easy to get into Provincetown, right down the road.

Great stay, would come again.

Loved the fact that our room was just a step away from the beach. Everything you needed was in the efficiency. Very cute and cozy. The best was that it was dog friendly.

Awesome October Getaway

The location is amazing, sunsets over Provincetown are spectacular, walk of the Bayside deck onto the sand and to the beach. Price point was good for this time of year. Bed was super comfortable, mattress on the firm side just the way we like them. Would stay again.

So peaceful

This place was perfect for traveling with a baby. Very peaceful and quiet area. Bonus that you can bring your dog! The only con was that the room wasn’t super clean. The shower drain and the ac were disgusting. The room felt constantly damp. Other than this we were very pleased with the property.

Girls weekend

My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.
