My oasis

I have stayed here many times and it is always the respite I need. Conveniences, private beach, away from the summer tourism (which is just minutes away), and fills my "cup" to overflowing.

I think what I really enjoyed about this place the most was getting up in the morning having my coffee in hand and putting my toes in the sand. Everything was right there we barely even left the place

The sandbars in is in a fantastic location. Easy to get to Ptown and beautiful private beach access. The sandbars inn was also very well stocked and had pretty much everything we would need. From shampoo to soap and sponges for dishes. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible

Walked into the room, which was a room, not a condo and it was Putin. It smell of fish. There was no deadbolt on the door and no fire pit on the beach. We stayed a few hours and left. Our vacation was ruined.

No new renovations, and no daily housekeeping services. Also, no one at the facility to maintain outside area.

Unlike a hotel, we offer service that allows guests to feel like they are "home away from home" and we do not clean daily but home has been thoroughly clean prior to your arrival. What I liked was the oceanfront view and it's a step to the beach. It was quiet and easy parking overall. What I didn't like was the bathroom window blinds doesn't cover the entire window. People could still see through the bathroom window from the outside and leave you no privacy!! Really to improve that, otherwise, you don't have any privacy when you shower!!

Clean w/ beautiful view.

Loved the view, short distance from Provincetown, clean, decent amenities. There was a concern on our first night regarding other patrons being drunk, loud and cursing outside while using the gas fire pit around 9pm. (Quiet hours begin at 8-which is a little early) We asked them very politely to keep it down and they were rude-it continued until past 11pm. The gas fire is about 15ft from the sliding doors…..so VERY loud and obnoxious. We contacted “Todd” per the instructions in the room via text, he never responded and we texted again the next day only to be instructed to “call Jonah”. This disruptive fireside behavior went on for 2/4 nights and was not addressed and no one contacted us. This was extremely off putting. I noticed another reviewer with the same problem-no one responds to issues. Overall the place is nice, clean and well maintained albeit a bit outdated. We would recommend overall-just don’t run into any issues!

Review of inn #4

We loved the close proximity to the private beach areas and the access to chairs and fire pit. The beach was very clean and the room was also very clean and well maintained for check in. The check in was easy with the email and code provided but is a big safety concern both virtually and then in person. Upon checking in the door to the unit was left cracked open with the key in the door. There was no note of this in the check in directions, only use of key. We assumed this is because the door key code was not working. The sliding screen door on the back of the unit was also left open. We were able to ask questions about that to someone on the property that stated they worked for vacasa but they wore no identification as such which was also off putting. It’s a shame because the unit and location is great but left a poor impression with safety concerns.

Could have been better

Screen door fell off the track, cheap wine opener broke, there was no Kleenex, heater was extremely loud, the website indicated unit was on second floor, but it was on first, units were not numbered accurately, dangerous cyber security practice to send access code and unit number in email.

Our maintenance staff was dispatched to the property to address these concerns and we confirm the screen door has been put back on the track. We will be replacing all the missing items from the rooms and will check the number system for the room doors. We hope we can have another chance to host you for a much more enjoyable stay.
