This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! Located just a few blocks from DT Port Sanilac, the marina, & restaurants! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage features amazing views, relaxing spaces, & modern amenities. Great indoor space w/tons of seating for friends and family. The views are incredible & sure to have some wonderful memories together! This is one of the nicest homes in the area on the water!

Guests will be given a code for an electronic lock!

A quiet neighborhood with many adorable homes! Walk to the downtown area of the marina to check out the park and shops!

You may park up to 4-5 carts on the property! You will be able to walk to town to eat, check out the bars, and shop while you stay here! Please do not park more than five cars on the property at once.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Convenient clean great view of the lake right outside the deck Need softer pillows or at least a choice. Gave me a stiff neck Also should have something in the listing that says that the stairs are very narrow and steep. Elderly friend had difficulty getting to bedrooms!!

Fantastic property! VERY clean and lots of amenities not listed. Walkable location to downtown Sanilac and a short trip Lexington. We are already discussing a repeat ladies trip—coming from 3 separate states, it’s a great option.

Very clean. Many more kitchen amenities than listed. Big and tall guests might find the upstairs shower small but there is a large one downstairs. Would definitely stay again..

Krusty Krab Staycation

The place was absolutley spotless which is always most important so Bravo there! The weather kept us indoors most of the time just reading and painting and eating unhealthily. The Blue Water bar has the friendliest staff and the best marinara sauce I have ever had. The town was still shut down mostly for the season so the museum was closed, which was a bummer. Watched hours of wind and snow and some hail, all with lots of thunder and lightning. It was just what the soul needed. Hosts resonded immediately when we requested a early check-in. Felt right at home.

Amazing view!

We had the best time staying here for the weekend. We spent the weekend with our 2 kids and explored town during the winter. The town was quiet and so cute. The views were amazing!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had the most beautiful relaxing stay here. When you walk in it feels like you stepped back in time. The sunrises were amazing. You are so close to the water. We really enjoyed watching the ships and sailboats on the water. We toured some shops in Lexington, went out to eat at some of the local restaurants.They were all very good. We watched people catch fish on the piers! The house was clean and beautiful.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay in this cute house. The views are gorgeous. It was great to sit on the deck relaxing and catching up. We walked into town and found great drinks and lunch.

Port Sanilac Trip

It was amazing from start to finish. We wanted to go rock hunting so finding a property on Lake Huron was a must and this place was perfect! A nice big deck for dining, a grill that cooked our steaks perfectly and the sunrises in the morning were magical. The breezes off the water were lovely and the well appointed home made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Perfect VRBO!

The house is beautiful, well equipped, and sparkling clean. It sits right on the shore of Lake Huron. The view is spectacular! We appreciated the fire pit, and there was even a stack of firewood left for us under the deck. We also liked that we could walk to downtown Port Sanilac, as well as to the Sanilac County Museum and Framers Market. We will definitely return!

We loved the place. The deck should be cleared of debris or provide tenant with tools to clean. A FULL ash tray left for us on deck is concerning. Hope this helps, the place is close to perfection as most we take. Good luck.

Perfect lake house

This lake cottage is right on the lake. The back deck is about 20 feet from the water’s edge. The place was quiet, clean, and exactly as listed. The sunrise is a spectacular sight over the lake every morning. Laundry on site is nice for our longer stay. Even had laundry soap and softener for us to use. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions via text. Over all great experience. We will be going back again to this beautiful property. Thanks for making our family reunion so special.

Lovely Port Sanilac Lake House

My husband and I had never been to the thumb region of Michigan and decided to spend a long weekend exploring. We chose to stay in this really delightful house in Port Sanilac, and it was great! The property is attractive, comfortable, and right on Lake Huron, and we walked to shops, restaurants, the harbor, and the farmers' market. Excellent experience all around and we highly recommend it!

Complete lies

We rented this property in summer 2023. Complete lies by owner and rental company. The house next door was having their deck and outdoor things built so there was noise from 7 am until 5 pm from metal being soldiered and the workmen. We couldn't use the steps going down to the lake because of the sparks from the soldiering. One of the showers wasn't working. We informed the rental company about the issue of not being able to enjoy access to the lake or backyard because of the work being done - they pretented to be surprised. Found out from the workmen that the OWNER knew because the foreman had texted him ONE MONTH ago that the work would be starting. So the owner knew all this. Awful experience and we DO NOT recommend these LIARS!

Holiday weekend getaway

Used the property for a quiet "do nothing" getaway. The three seasons room was amazing to watch the Lake Huron waves roll in and the space heater kept the room comfy. Was able to stream our favorite movies and make a nice meal in the well equipped kitchen. Property was clean and property manager was very responsive to all questions.

Beautiful weekend

What a perfect little get away, the house was very clean and had some amazing views of the water! We had everything we needed for our stay with a very company living room and a nice large tv to watch football! The town is super close so walking was no issue, I would 100% recommend this house and plan on coming back up with my family soon in the summer!
