This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! Located just a few blocks from DT Port Sanilac, the marina, & restaurants! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage features amazing views, relaxing spaces, & modern amenities. Great indoor space w/tons of seating for friends and family. The views are incredible & sure to have some wonderful memories together! This is one of the nicest homes in the area on the water!

Guests will be given a code for an electronic lock!

A quiet neighborhood with many adorable homes! Walk to the downtown area of the marina to check out the park and shops!

You may park up to 4-5 carts on the property! You will be able to walk to town to eat, check out the bars, and shop while you stay here! Please do not park more than five cars on the property at once.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

We loved the whole week. Only hiccup I thought master bedroom was downstairs. When we arrived realized up. My handicapped SIL slept on couch. She was happy did not complain.We spent hours in sun room and deck. All enjoyed.

Great view and nice getaway

The wife and I had a great stay here with amazing sunrises and comfortable home to relax. Close to a few nice restaurants, would recommend!

Great getaway

Had a great quick trip, great views of Lake Huron and easy access to shops and food. Highly recommend the stone lodge for dinner.

Fantastic property! VERY clean and lots of amenities not listed. Walkable location to downtown Sanilac and a short trip Lexington. We are already discussing a repeat ladies trip—coming from 3 separate states, it’s a great option.

Amazing view!

We had the best time staying here for the weekend. We spent the weekend with our 2 kids and explored town during the winter. The town was quiet and so cute. The views were amazing!

Great getaway!

We loved our stay in this cute house. The views are gorgeous. It was great to sit on the deck relaxing and catching up. We walked into town and found great drinks and lunch.

Ashly, thanks for your kind review and mentioning we have other properties. For those reading these reviews this house is absolutely awesome. We started managing it this year and we have found the owners are wonderful to work with. We made a few suggestions early on to make the stay more enjoyable and their answer was "let's do it". When you walk into this home the first thing you are going to say is "the view of Lake Huron is awesome" the second thing you are going to say is "this house is well decorated and extremely clean". The things I personally love about this house are the views, but more than that it is a very comfortable home with a great lay out. The local restaurants and shops are maybe a five-minute walk. The Marina is also a very short walk from the house. More importantly the ice cream store is a 3-minute walk... :) If you're looking to get away for a few days, I would suggest this house is dollar for dollar one of the nicest homes you can find in the area. As a side note two of the last three guests mentioned to us that they wish they would have booked a couple extra days. If you're looking to get away for a long weekend, my suggestion is to make it a 3 - 4 day stay... You will love this home!!!! We just had a meeting with the folks who help us maintain the homes, clean the homes and communicate with you, our customer. I said to my wife after the meeting - it's so much fun to work with people who care. When you take a few days off work to come stay in one of our homes we will do what we can to make sure you have a great time!!!

The place was amazing! We loved everything about it especially waking up to the beautiful sunrise! Great place and we are already talking about coming back. Celebrated our 60th birthdays! Great walks to the pier and alli bar.

Great Vacation Spot!

We flew up from VA to visit our extended family and stayed here for a few days. We had an wonderful time! The host was very responsive to any questions we had, and the house had pretty much everything we needed. Beautiful views of Lake Huron! Next time we are in town, we hope to stay here again, maybe for a summer visit!

Beautiful weekend

What a perfect little get away, the house was very clean and had some amazing views of the water! We had everything we needed for our stay with a very company living room and a nice large tv to watch football! The town is super close so walking was no issue, I would 100% recommend this house and plan on coming back up with my family soon in the summer!

The host was very responsive to our concerns. No complaints there. Just very disappointed with overall condition of property. Obviously not ready for the season to begin. Dirty surfaces, definitely not a "replete" kitchen. There were so many prior comments that this place was so clean. It was not. Grill only partially functioned. Screen door not installed. Dirty windows - spent time brushing down window so we could see lake. It was a let down. Property is very nice - just not at all guest ready. Again, host very responsive - but I spent a lot of time communicating and providing pictures - not how I waned to spend my free time.

Beautiful Lake Front Cottage

The cottage was better than the listing. The area was absolutely beautiful and the view when we first walked in was like we were actually on the water. Spent most of the weekend relaxing on the back deck! Already planning next years stay here!

Great Weekend Getaway

This house was more than advertised and the location could not be better for a early-fall getaway. The house was stocked with anything we would need, Frank reached out to be sure we were all set, and the view could not be beat. The walk into town was less than 10 minutes and I'd recommend a stop at the Alli Bar - really unique and fun place.

Thanks for the nice review. We continue to get notes from folks letting us know how much they enjoyed their visit and the home. We LOVE to hear this!!! Port Sanilac is an awesome town. A lot of people spend a day or two in Lexington which is fun. However staying in Port Sanikac gets you away from the traffic and busy streets. Plus, the restaurants in Port Sanilac are better. This is coming from an owner with properties in both areas.
