Main Street Retreat! Hot Tub, Golf Cart, Ev Charge

Welcome to Main Street Manor! This home is a stones throw away from downtown Port Sanilac which features places to shop, eat, drink & even fun things for kids such as the park & beach! The hot tub is always a hit! You will not find a nicer home in the area as it is completely remodeled w/high end finishes! Your 1st words when walking through the front door will be `wow`. This home is the nicest home in the area w/o a doubt! (Please note: Golf Cart is available mid-april through Nov 1st)


- Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
