Spacious - 4200 sq ft Family Friendly Home near Hearth House

Our home is in a small quaint family friendly neighborhood in the beautiful town of Monument, located just 5 miles from the Air Force Academy and less than 1 mile from the Hearth House wedding venue and multiple quality local restaurants.

Just 10 minutes from Colorado Springs, 30 miles from south Denver and 1 hour to many mountain activities and towns. We have games, puzzles, books, DVD's and more for you to enjoy while you are enjoying your getaway.
The space
Our 2 story home has 6 bedrooms: 1 rooms with a king bed, 1 room with a queen bed, 1 room with a full and a twin bed, 2 rooms with a full beds and with a room with twin bunk beds. We also have a queen air mattress available in the study room on on the main floor, if needed. Full bathroom next to the study on main floor. Upstairs near the bedrooms, is a laundry room with washer and dryer. On the main floor, we have a beautiful formal dining room, including a piano begging to be played, along with a big kitchen and a kitchen nook. Our family room is nice and spacious and has a gas fireplace. There are 3 full bathrooms, 1 on the main floor, and 2 on the 2nd floor. Our backyard has a patio table, grill and small yard.
Other things to note
For the train lover, you'll be able to see the train from the backyard. There is some noise from the train when windows are open but with windows and doors closed, it is not a problem.
