Pool House on GOLF COURSE minutes to DISNEY and LAKE ACCESS.

Golf, fish, swim, tennis, basketball or just relax and watch the sun come up over Lake Davenport. Truly a vacation by itself…not to mention being minutes away from Disney and other attractions Orlando has to offer.

4 bedroom and 2 bath home with Southern facing pool (heated for free by solar heat), nestled with your back lanai pool area complete with charcoal grill all overlooking hole number 5 of Polo Park Golf Course.


THE HOME:
This golf home is charming and well furnished, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook table and dining room table overlooking the pool and golf course. Cozy living room with cable TV/DVD/VCR, Stereo and WIFI internet access throughout.

The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and walk in closet along with a master bath suite complete with skylight and separate bath and shower featuring a deluxe oversized rain shower head. All bedrooms come with their own televisions complete with Roku streaming capabilities.

Another bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and television complete with Roku streaming capabilities.

The MICKEY MOUSE & NEMO BEDROOMS are complete and each room has two twin beds and wall art to create the magic inspired by being only 7 miles from Disney World. Both rooms have televisions complete with Roku streaming capabilities.

More guests can sleep on the living room couch that folds down into a full sized spring bed.

Our vacation getaway home can sleep 10 easily with the rooms above and sofa Bed. There is a crib which is available for use and can be found in the garage.

DISNEY, SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND ORLANDO ATTRACTIONS:
All are within minutes: about 10-12 minutes to Disney virtually a straight shot as the home is about 250 yards from Space Coast Highway (US 192) which takes you directly to Disney’s Magical Gate. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are about 20-25 easy minutes away as well.


GOLF:
Polo Park is a fun (kid friendly) 9 hole executive course located at the Polo Park Golf Course facility in Davenport, FL. From the longest tees it presents 1,246 yards of golf for a par of 28. The course was designed by Joe Ortega and opened in 1985. Nine holes plus cart all for $18. This golf course is perfect for relaxing and perfecting your short game as well as possibly teaching your kids to golf. Don’t forget to wave to the family who stayed at home as you drive by them on hole number 5 or perhaps run in for a refreshing drink.

LAKE DAVENPORT:
Lake Davenport is one of the larger lakes in Polk County and just a short 5 minute walk from the house and you can be on the community pier overlooking this beautiful freshwater lake. Relax and watch the sunrise, or if fishing is more your idea of relaxing the lake is all yours. Don’t forget to get a Polk County Fishing License (non-Florida residents can obtain one for $17 for three days or $30 for seven days). If you decide to tow your boat or jet ski with you for vacation there is a community boat ramp for lake access.


BASKETBALL, TENNIS AND COMMUNITY POOL
As if there weren’t enough to keep you and your family content, within a short walk or drive (about 1800 feet) is the community center complete with basketball and tennis courts, an even larger community pool and the pier/dock that goes out to the lake.

STAY
During our busy Summer months we ask for 5 night minimum stay, but certainly please inquire if less days are needed and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate.
