Executive Florida Townhouse

Offering free wifi and less than a 5 minute walk from the pool and clubhouse, Our executive Florida townhouse consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The lounge has a sectional sofa, enabling the house to sleep 8/10. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The house has a no smoking policy. The house is set in the Regal Palms Resort which is a walled and gated community about 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. Adjacent to Regal Palms is a beautiful 18 hole par 72 golf course at Highland Reserve. There are lots of amenities on the site, including a large tropical pool area with lazy river and fun slide. Sun loungers can be found all round the poolside. There is a large restaurant and bar, games room, gymnasium, spa and beauty complex,and outside jacuzzi, open till 11pm 7 days a week. The Property offers free WIFI and Cable TV. There is a large supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. 24 hour check-in is available. New flooring throughout. Mini crib in master. Two strollers.
****PLEASE NOTE***** There is a $20.00 per day Resort fee charged by Regal Palms at time of check in. This charge is per unit NOT per person.

Great location, great value

I stayed with my adult kids and younger grandkids. We had a great time, enjoyed the resort pool and lazy river. The condo was great, 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.

Nice Place to Stay

Location was out away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close enough to drive every day. The townhome community was clean and maintained, the only complaint was from the kids who said the arcade was very disappointing. A lot of the games have been damaged and were not working.The townhome that we stayed in was very nice. It included all the necessities to make it a comfortable stay.The only complaint would be the queen bed downstairs was very loud and squeaky. It would literally wake you up all night every time you moved.The same complaint was addressed about one of the twin beds upstairs.Overall enjoyable visit.

Family vacation

The first thing was the nightly fee for resort fee, it was not clear that I'd have a additional 160 to pay at check in. That was upsetting! Seeing the location I was a little relieved. The place had some dirty linens in the kids room an the tent an toys left behind were a little nasty. We saw a few bugs an some micro bugs as well as we could not get the TV's in the kids rooms to work. . Other than those issues it was a great Stay.

Not as clean & up to date as expected & bugs

Townhouse was not as clean as it could’ve been. Taxes of hair were in bathroom as well as small bugs. I’m assuming they were ants, there was no broom to sweep the floors, children’s decor pillows and Olaf chair as well as dining chairs were stained. There were visible stains and marks along the walls throughout the townhome, there was a opening directly above the doorknob that was big enough for the many lizards or a snake etc could fit through to enter the home also a break in hazard (you could clearly look straight through the hole once touched). Beds were hard and some were itchy (husband had whelps). It was not what I expected for such a nice development and price. I would not stay at that particular townhome again for these reasons.

First of all you have lights that don't work in the house. Master bedroom has a lamp that flickers like a strobe light, so my husband and I spent our week in the dark, with some light that came in from the bathroom light. Filthy floors, our clean feet were blackend every day just from the floors. God only knows when they were mopped last. Tiny bugs crawling all over the counters in the upstairs bathrooms. Called the owner & resort management, no one came to fix the insect issue. TV's don't work, temperature is impossible to adjust. And you get to experience the ghetto culture while you're there. Groups of 10-15 of them running around the streets all hours of the night. Weed wafting over as you try to relax in a chair outside. You're required to strip your beds and start a load of wash when you leave, even though you're charged a cleaning fee already. Also no soap provided for laundry or dishwasher or shower. This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in Florida. You get what you pay for. I'd never stay here again nor would I suggest the resort to anyone. The staff was nice, that's the only positive.

Few of the bedroom center lights didnt work with the light switch. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a weeks stay. There was no dish soap or dishwater tabs. Pretty much you need to bring everything you need for a week stay. Pool was nice. Pictures made it look huge which it wasnt that big.

Agréable séjour à Disney et Universal studio

La propriété est grande, propre et sécuritaire. Nous y avons séjourné pour profiter des parcs Disney et Universal studio, calculez environ 25-30 minutes pour vous rendre aux différents parcs Disney et 45 minutes à 1h pour vous rendre à Universal Studio. Nous avons aussi apprécié la piscine pas très loin de notre emplacement. L’accueil n’est pas très visible de la rue, il faut savoir qu’il faut tourner à droite un peu avant l’accès au lotissement de condo pour y faire notre Check in. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Not clean and lights don’t work

We arrived at nighttime and in the bedrooms none of the light switches worked. The lights in the one room didn’t work, there was not a switch to turn it on and off even on the fixture itself. Found that the bulb was out and had to go without a light , another light we had to unplug it each time we were done . Multiple lights in the house do not work. Dishes in cabinets have visible food stains and crumbs on them. Directions to wash towels in the washing machine but no laundry detergent, makes you wonder if the sheets and towels were properly washed. Otherwise the space is large, the beds in the adult rooms are comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner offered in unit, hand soap is offered. Large sectional couch and large tv downstairs. Some tvs in the bedrooms do not work, Checkin took 45 minutes, there was a huge line. pool and lazy river was small but a nice amenity

Convenient, great amenities.

This was convenient to all area attractions. Great amenities. Nice size townhouse. We did have some trouble checking in, and the bath tubs were very slippery. But we just when out and got bath mats to help.

Beautiful Upgrades

The property listed is exactly as it appears in the listing. The owner has taken feedback and has recently made upgrades to the townhouse including brand new laminate flooring throughout the entire space which was absolutely beautiful. We were in contact with the owner and property manager as we had a small issue with the washing machine but it was worked out immediately and they provided us with towels in the interim until the problem was solved. Really couldn't have asked for better hosts with excellent response time! Getting in and out of the space was simple and easy. The townhouse is located within a gated complex that has lots to offer including a restaurant, pool, arcade and front desk help with purchasing tickets. This location worked well for us as we not only were going between the parks but also went to Legoland, Tampa and NASA. If you are solely going for the parks it can be out of the way. The convenience of being able to have so much space (4 bedrooms) and be able to get groceries and at least save on making breakfast was the best for us. There is a publix within walking distance of the townhouse. We really enjoyed having our own space that was clean, bright and spacious while also enjoying the resort complex on our down days. 100% would stay in this exact spot again. Great value for the $$$. WORST HOUSE RENTAL EVER!!!!

First off the owner did not tell us it was $122 just to get into the gate of the community and did not include it in ANY of the Commumication or bill. We walk into the house and there are stains on the floor and the thermostat is set at 79! in Florida!! And very difficult to readjust! Everytime we thought it was adjusted it went back to 79, miserable!! The one bed looked like it had not been changed from before, sheets were awful!! Horrible rust stains in the 1 bathroom sink, hall light that flicker terribly!! Curtain rod coming out of the wall, so curtain hanging funny. No dish soap for dishwasher or sink dish washing. No spare toilet tissue. Over all the worst house I have rented when coming to Florida.

My first time using this method to book a townhouse for a holiday and I will definitely consider using this again for future trips. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our group of four adults and two small children. Location was close to a grocery store, fuel, and some restaurants and shopping. Good overall experience.

We live in Saint Johns, Florida. We enjoy going to Orlando and visiting the theme parks! We fell in love with Regal Palms. There is so much to do at the resort, we often spend our weekends around the pool. The kids love the lazy river and water slide.

We Purchased in Davenport after much searching as the area is close enough to the Disney parks [ approx 20 mins], and the Attractions of Orlando and Disney area but without the hustle and Bustle..
We also chose this Property as it was on a Purpose Built 5 star resort, allowing us to use all the facilities without having to go far .Also as one of the earlier Built properties we are close to the Pool and Cub house , which is very important if you have children or anyone who is not so mobile .
We also have a large supermarket and places to eat all within walking distance
we also liked the fact that we could drive to the East and West coasts of Florida with easy access to the motorways [ approx 1hr 20 to cocca beach in the East , and 1 hr 45 to clear water tampa in the West].

We Were attracted to the First class Resort due the facilities available on site and the on site sports bar and restaurant, and kiddies club,The outside jacuzzi and gym with indoor steam room , sauna and health club [ basically all you would expect in an all inclusive 5 star resort] , but with your own house to go home to .
We were also drawn to the fact that we had a large supermarket, various shops and eateries all within walking distance if required.
The resort also offers an 18 hole Golf Course over the road at Highlands Reserve.
