Casa Del Mar offers top-notch amenities, including poolside dining and bar, luxurious spa, as well as meticulously maintained vibrant grounds. There are numerous pools and hot tubs on the property, as well as two fire pits (one large, one small) for your enjoyment.

This spacious condo has 1,000 square feet so that you can enjoy ample room for entertainment and relaxation. Outside, you are mere steps away from our lovely white sand beaches that are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the best of San Jose del Cabo. Cabo beaches are legendary and ours is amongst the best in the region.

From your window, enjoy incredible, endless ocean views. Gaze upon the exquisite flora and fauna that makes this region of Mexico a top-tier travel destination. Views of dazzling white sand and azure sea beckon. Your eyes will never tire of the nature on display for you to enjoy.

Inside the condo, you can kick back with new, modern appliances in a well-equipped kitchen, and well-appointed and comfortable furniture. Prepare meals in style with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. When it comes to luxury, we have you fully covered.

In the bedroom, you will sleep well on our comfortable, new, cal-king bed. Awaken to views of the Sea of Cortez and palm-lined beaches. Step out onto the balcony and greet the warm morning air and enjoy the evenings gazing at the stars. There’s nothing like going to sleep and waking up in paradise.

The walk-in shower and luxurious bathroom are the perfect way to freshen up for a day at the beach or a night on the town. Large countertop, a full mirror, and a spacious shower are a few of the bathroom amenities for your comfort.

The living space is classically styled. We have carefully curated this space to give you a taste of this ocean paradise. Air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, beach chairs and umbrellas, and other amenities to make your life easier and your vacation more enjoyable are all included so that you can enjoy the best of this seaside paradise.

Incredible Location Right On the Sea of Cortez

Location, location, location! Casa Del Mar is nestled right in the heart of Los Cabos, giving you the perfect springboard to an enchanting vacation experience. Directly across the street is the award-winning championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Enjoy horseback riding along the stunning beaches right outside your door. Zip-lining, mountain biking, ATV’s, bungee jumping, and side-by-sides can all be found at Wild Canyon right down the road. There’s also a small water park for toddlers if you are bringing the littles. If you like hiking, you will be pleased with the nearby option of Cabo Real with its stunning panoramic views. If you want to go further afield, you are well situated close to the various world-class natural and urban attractions of Los Cabos.

For those who are into sports and fitness, you are covered. We have everything from tennis courts, swimming, yoga, walking, and jogging right on the property. Its 27-acres is lined with walking paths.

Kids and families will especially love the seasonal baby turtle releases, tide pools, and swimmable coves. For those who love fishing, Cabo sport fishing is legendary, and we have our favorites. Bisbee's Black and Blue.... you won't want to miss it!

Surfing: "Some of the best swells in this region are during the summer months. June through August is peak surf season.
*March thru May is considered the "transition time," but May has the best south swells, and this time of year is less crowded. Between May and October, swells come from the Southern hemisphere, making this period the best time to surf in the Sea of Cortez.
*Fall and Winter on the Pacific offer the best conditions and generally consistent swells.
*In this area, and a very short drive north, is the world-famous Zippers surf break. It's also the home of surf competitions held by the World Surf League every July."

Playa Santa Maria is the perfect place for soaking in the sun and snorkeling. Chileno Bay is bigger and generally busier, but either place is fantastic to spend the day, and they’re easily accessible by short car ride. We have provided beach chairs and umbrellas for you to take with you.

If you fancy shopping, drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo where there is a huge selection of boutiques, galleries, and artisans, not to mention the amazing restaurant scene. Thursday nights are Art Walk, and not to be missed!

Looking for some relaxation? Enjoy our seven refreshing swimming pools or take a dip in one of the two hot tubs as you take in the views. Unwind in the afternoon, or under the moonlight, with beverages poolside or a handcrafted cocktail from our favorite mixologist at La Revolucion in downtown San Jose del Cabo. If you want to splurge and indulge in the best of all worlds, dinner just next door at Las Ventanas’s Sea Grill is an absolute highlight of any trip.

The food options are endless. Enjoy the El Tapanco Restaurant, Maguey’s Sports Bar, or enjoy a poolside meal. Sea Grill at Las Ventanas is a favorite of ours, and a must at least once during each visit. El Jardin Secreto, La Revolucion, El Herradero, Jazmin's, Habanero's, Flora Farms, Latino 8, La Forchetta, Kahe Sushi, El Pancake House, and The District Sports Bar are just a few of our favorite restaurants. Or, create a romantic meal yourselves and enjoy the sand and surf from your balcony as you watch and listen to the waves crash the shore.

It is easiest getting to the resort by using Google Maps or Waze. The hotel on the property is Zoëtry Casa Del Mar. Put that in when searching for directions. It’s a short and scenic 30-minute drive from the SJD International airport.

ALSO... upon arrival at the airport. Do NOT stop and talk to people, even if they are making overtures of being helpful. They are there to SELL you on rental cars, timeshares, excursions, etc. All of that can be done through the hotel concierge if you actually want it. The advice we were given is "don't make eye contact, keep walking straight thru to the outside of the terminal where you will get the shuttle to the rental car agency or pick up the shuttle to your hotel. Do NOT be afraid to say NO!"
