Great unti, well appointed with a beautiful balcony. Perfect for lounging. Nice pools and great food options very nearby. We would definitely come again!

James was an awesome host, would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Beachy vibes, beds very comfortable .Beautiful views, well laid out unit and all the amenities and more intact. Great overall layout and the property overall had great neighbours and the general grounds catered to every day. Close to a few restaurants within walking distance. Weather was tremendous. Hope to see you again soon.Thanks for everything.

So beautiful!
Relax on the beach, by the pools or hot tub, or just watch the whales from your balcony ( at least in February when we stayed). A short walk up the beach is a nice restaurant. Beautiful sunrises...can't wait to come back!

Elevator out of service twice during stay. Owner’s belongings (toothbrush on counter and personal paper work etc.) in view. Cameras in the bedrooms (Super creepy). For the price we were very disappointed.

John, I’m sorry I ever let you rent my unit. It’s one of the best units in the complex over $50,000 worth a brand new furniture, completely repainted penthouse suite top floor only three units best view in the complex.
Your review were absolutely lies, and you literally are the worst tenant we have ever had in 17 years. We should never rent it to you.
I spoke with my property manager. He sat at the unit waited for you for two hours. You couldn’t even find a place you ended up at the la Jolla place next-door. He sat out front and literally had to waste his time because you couldn’t find your place around.
As far as Cameron is concerned, yes we have cameras and they were all disconnected. We never have cameras connected during their stay of VRBO. If you had any sense, you could see that they were all rolled up.
James also walked you through the units and showed you how everything worked
As far as the Elevator not working a couple of times when you were there, that’s not our fault stuff happens
I overstock my unit all the time it’s one of the nicest units in the complex and seriously look how cheap it is. That unit should be $500 a night specially the way that we have a decorated and the new furniture….
I’ve been renting my unit for 15 years. I’ve never ever had a review and someone that lie so much on a review as you did.
James Nash completely walked you through the unit and told you you’ve had any issues whatsoever to call him and you also have my phone number on the site. You never even bother to call either one of us except to leave a bad review.
You’re the kind of people that we never wanna rent because you don’t appreciate good quality
Like I said for what you rented the unit for I was given it away. I will never rent again for four days. It’s people that don’t have the money to rent a nice place who do four days usually it’s 15 days or 30 days and it’s usually to a couple that appreciates fine, Quality.
Again, wish you would’ve never rented to you because you do not appreciate fine quality so wherever you live in wherever you came from, please stay away from our unit

We spent five wonderful nights at this absolutely stunning condo with another couple, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location alone is unbeatable—the white sandy beach stretches on and on and is truly breathtaking. Whether walking along the shoreline, relaxing with a book, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves, it never got old.The condo itself is immaculate and clearly renovated with great care and attention to detail. The owner spared no expense, and it shows in every room. The décor is elegant, tasteful, and first class, creating a warm yet luxurious atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The kitchen and living areas were well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax, cook meals, and spend quality time together. All of the amenities listed were accurate and made the stay completely stress-free.We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. This condo is the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and location. We are already planning to book again next January when we return to Cabo. This place is truly a must-see—you’ll absolutely love it!

We had some initial issues with communications which were later very much improved by James, the property manager. The view from the unit is absolutely beautiful and the terrazza was spacious and nicely furnished to allow for some relaxing times. We visited in March of 2026 and there was considerable construction on the freeway right behind us. That eliminated most of the sidewalks and made it impossible to walk to surrounding facilities. Wish we had been made aware. It impacted our ability to venture out without a car.

Was a great 7 day stay. The outside covered patio is as pictured, runs the full width of the unit and touches both bedrooms. Lovely views and pool area and spa are footsteps away. Parking and secuirty is efficient although non-residents park outside. The unit could use a few updates like a new BBQ grill. Otherwise a great unit and trip.

I chose this neighborhood because it was so conveniently located a mile and a half to shops and restaurants walking distance to the grocery store and the property sits on a beautiful white sandy beach that you can walk per miles each way the community of El Za latte and it is low density only 72 units

I have one of the best units in the entire community. It sits on the sixth floor two units from the end the view is incredible large covered patio. You can sit back and watch the whales swing by the beautiful ocean on an on a white sandy beach..
