Luxury Penthouse - White Sand and Turquoise Water

This luxury, 1-bedroom, fully air-conditioned penthouse is situated in a stunning landscape where the desert meets the white sand and turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez.

This romantic atmosphere is set in a secluded gated community with tennis courts, an adults only Beach club, access to Championship Golf Course - Cabo Real, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The only thing between your perfect view of the sea and sand is your pool, or perhaps you would prefer the 2 swim-up bar pools, one right on the sand.

The Condo has marble floors, washer/dryer, 15 ft. cathedral ceilings, terrace and a kitchenette. Be lulled to sleep by the rhythm of gently washing waves, and awaken to the crystal clear glorious view of the sea.

There are 2 restaurants and 1 bar in this community, as well as a mesquite grill on the beach...all for you.

Great LocTion

Was in Cabo for a few days just to lay low. Had a great private pool. Also, there was a pool at the hotel attached with Jacuzzis and many restaurants. Everything was delightful.

Lovely quiet and beautiful resort

The condo was very nice and has more than everything you could possibly need! The resort itself is stunning and the vibe is very relaxed, which was just what we needed! Communication with owner was great, although our stay was seamless and we did not need to reach out for anything.

For first time travelers to Cabo like us, it was perfect. Half way between Cabo &San Jose del Cabo.

Would have been a bit easier if we had a rental car, but not a big deal. Resort next door also amazing. Staff & resort at Casa Del Mar amazing. Great low key location and so relaxing! Loved it!

Had a awesome stay here on our Cabo Getaway. Loved waking up to the sunrise view from bed. Had everything we needed. It was nice that we could use all the pools and hot tub on the premises. Already planning our next visit.

Fantastic Condo and Property. Great Owner and Property Manager who are easy to work with.

This is a very nice 1 Bdrm Studio Condo with everything you should need on your vacation. Has a great partial beach view from the balcony. The property is well maintained and very safe and quiet. The location is central to both Cabo and San Jose. Working with Ashley and Ivan was great, they made the process very easy. Looking forward to another trip at their place soon.

Perfect for the two of us

We had a great time at the property. We go to cabo every year and try out different locations. This is the first time we decided that we would likely come back to this location. It is well configured, clean, close to the beach and spacious. The kitchen and bath are very well equipped. Only downside is that the restaurants within walking distance are extremely pricey. We had a car and drove to other spots for dinner.

Communication was great. Kinda strange to get to, but only the first time. Very secure, well manicured property. Great beach. Well stocked. Great place! Only down point of the property is no water included. Not the biggest deal, glad i had some in the car..

Penthouse in Paradise

This is our 2nd stay at this lovely condo that overlooks the beautiful Baja Gulf Ocean Views. Whales and flying bat rays were a delight. Any questions were answered quickly. VERY much appreciated the stocking of some cooking staples ( Check kitchen BEFORE you go grocery shopping for your stay. BLISS

Construction Zone

My stay was disappointing. I was not aware I arrived during a time period where construction is going on. I loved the place the owner was responsive, but I would have not gone had I been aware renovation of the condo below me was happening. Sawing marble, nail guns etc. There were several areas being worked on. The swim up bar was not available as it was being renovated. Another upper unit facing the main pool was busy renovating and making loud noise. Overall not replacing unless you chose to leave the premises. I love d this unit. I would book it again. But ask very carefully chosen questions first.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing setting with an ocean view and access to swimming pools and beach

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Los Cabos, and are very happy to recommend this particular condo to anyone visiting the area. Despite some initial hiccups with our car rental at the airport (additional charges for 3rd party insurance, airport taxes, etc, etc), our transition to our vacation condo for 2 weeks was quite seamless. To avoid the car rental fiasco, you might want to simply hire a taxi to get you to the condo and rent your car through Rigo at the Casa del Mar hotel right next to the condo. The condo sits in a gated complex and the security guard was aware of our arrival and provided a parking pass and directions to our condo, where we met Ivan, Patricia’s property manager. Ivan showed us through the condo and provided his business card for any questions or issues. The condo is well maintained with equipped with all the necessities for our vacation stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with various spices and condiments so we inventoried what was there before making our way to the La Comer grocery store in San Jose. You also have Walmart, Chaundereil and Costco store close by. The bbq is a charcoal bbq and you may need to pick up a bag of self-lighting briquettes if you plan to use the bbq during your stay (2 full bags right now which should last a while). The condo has 2 beach towels and a cooler bag for your trips to the pool or beach. As you can see from the pictures, the closest pool sits behind the condo overlooking the ocean. This pool is very quiet. There is also a swim-up bar about 100 metres (yards) just west of our condo, which is also very quiet and overlooks the ocean. As a renter, the hotel has implemented a new policy that requires you to pay a $30 resort per person per day fee if you want to buy a drink at the bar. I believe this also allows you access to some of the other hotel amenities. You can avoid the fee by (1) bringing your own drinks to the pool - no bottles) or (2) tell your server that you are an owner (if you are okay with this). The hotel staff were very friendly, including the reception, car rental, in-house painter, security and groundskeepers. The property sits between San Jose and Cabos and it is necessary to drive into town for dinner, groceries, etc. If you wish to take local transit, the bus stops in front of the complex. Relaxing and comfortable

We found La Perla to be in an upscale neighborhood with easy access to Cabo or San Jose. The attached hotel and grounds were inviting and the staff was very hospitable.

Perfect location and beautiful view

We were looking for a quiet location with a view and walking distance to the beach. This condo met all the criteria and did not disappoint! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Check in was seamless. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The bed is comfortable and has a view of the ocean. We rented a car to pop into San Jose del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas. Driving was easy and we were not too far from either destination. Our stay was relaxing and one of the best vacations we have ever had! We would not hesitate to recommend this condo, and hope to return!

Dream Vacation

The suite was clean and well stocked!! The location was AMAZING!! We arranged airport transfer threw Patricia and checkin was super easy. Location was very central as we enjoyed Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Los Cabos. All in all we were very happy and will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo by the beach

My partner and I spent four nights at this beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. The condo is part of the larger Zoetry Casa del Mar hotel property, with access to the hotel pools, restaurants, and other amenities. We particularly enjoyed the swim-up bar at the main hotel pool and also spent some time at the small pool just below the condo. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the condo's front door. The check-in process was easy--Ivan the property manager met us at the condo to give us the key and show us around. The condo itself is perfect for two people: comfy bed, balcony with a small table and chairs for morning coffee, living room with a tv (Netflix and Roku are available), and a small kitchen. There's no oven, but there is a stove, microwave, fridge, and toaster oven. We also appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. We used Uber and the bus to get around as we didn't want to rent a car, but free parking is available on site if you do decide to rent.
