This condo is beautiful. The view of the ocean from the 15th floor balconly is amazing. I have no complaints and would pick this condo again.

We had problems with sticky floors and broken glass throughout condo, especially the living room. The elevator door closed on my friends arm and she was crying, but finally got out. I had to take her to the ER at the end of the road. Thank goodness she’s ok, bruised up pretty bad and is having a hard time moving her arm.

We enjoyed a week on Navarre in this beautiful condo! The condo is well furnished with kitchen items and was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay in Navarre

This condo was amazing. Beautiful views of the both the beach and the sound. Very clean. Comfortable beds, updated appliances and convenient location. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Fabulous

I have nothing bad to say about this property the decor, comfy beds, and the views from the balcony is stunning. The other thing we always look for when we stay is the cleanliness which is an A+. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful Navarre Condo

We loved staying in this unit. It was our second year in a row and we loved everything about it. Super clean, great updated furniture and amazing views. Communication with property managers was excellent and they really wanted to make sure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend booking this condo!

Amazing View

View from this condo is amazing. Condo was very clean and was as described. Check in was super easy. This being a balcony on the end gives you a great view of not only the beach but the sound to.

Everything from arrival to departure was very easy. The unit was clean and just as described. There were little extras that made the tip more accommodating.

Awesome Navarre Beach & Beach Colony East

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family trip at family friendly property was enjoyed by all! Unit has great layout, decor, TV's and is clean. A few things to note: Great balcony furniture and the view is superb but don't expect to use it if it rains due to the small pond that forms and does not drain because the floor is not pitched. The beverage fridge did not work, the refrigerator leaked constantly, dishware needs attention to ensure complete sets with serve ware to accommodate 8 people. Also, while we appreciated having two couches, the upholstered one needs to be replaced or cleaned. The provided beach towels are a plus as is the cart availability, parking and wonderfully fast elevators. All enjoyed the Sea Turtle Conservation Center just a short distance away.

Christmas at the beach

My family, 6 adults, spent the week of Christmas in 15A. We love Beach Colony and this unit did not disappoint. All furnishings and amenities were as listed and the unit was very clean. I would definitely recommend this unit.
