THE SETTING: Located oceanfront at 247 South Sea Pines Drive, 1879 Beachside Tennis Villas puts the water at the center of your stay. From the fourth-floor vantage point, enjoy expansive views of the shoreline, Calibogue Sound, and Daufuskie Island from the living spaces and wraparound balcony. Head downstairs by elevator for a swim in the oceanfront pool or walk directly across the private boardwalk to the beach. South Beach Marina Village is also just moments away for dining, shopping, watersports, and sunset evenings at the Salty Dog.

POOL: The oversized Beachside Tennis Villas pool is located oceanfront, just downstairs from the villa. The pool is open seasonally from April through September and is not heated. A nearby grilling area with continuous propane service and a private boardwalk to the beach make it easy to spend the entire day outside.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably // 1 King bed // 2 Queen beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. Both bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, luxury BESTNEST linens, comfortable bedding, and televisions, providing inviting accommodations for couples, families, and friends.

PETS: The Beachside Tennis Villas Association permits pets for property owners only, so guest pets are not allowed. Please note that the owners of this villa occasionally bring their own dog, but our thorough cleaning standards mean you should find no pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Just downstairs. Take the elevator or stairs to ground level, cross the private boardwalk, and you'll be on the beach in less than a minute.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
